    Repair cracks on foundation

    We have Rooterworx repaired a few cracks and patching a few holes on the foundation. Oleg provided us all the details and reasonable price on the estimates. The guys on-site did a very good job. They were efficient, very clean and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Rooterworx!

    Waterproofing 50 feet side of house

    Thank you to Luke, Oleg and the Rooterworx team for their support over the past few weeks, responding on a holiday Monday to my call that there had been a leak in our basement. Luke came, inspected and quoted a waterproofing and sump pump project for a 50 foot side of the house. While on site, he fixed an existing plumbing issue. Throughout the project, he communicated well and often, and was always transparent despite a few surprises (i.e. window wells built in concrete down to foundation bottom that had to be removed). The team was courteous and clean. Since completing about a week ago, Luke has assisted with some post-project follow up that has been required, and has continued to be responsive. Thank you for your assistance Luke, and pass my thanks to your team.

    Sealing leak in cold room

    I have an open porch and 2 years back had done pattern concrete. Recently it started to leak into basement cold room when ever it rained outside on the porch. After calling many contractors who refused to even visit my place and inspect, I contacted Mr. Oleg of Rooterworx who immediately came and inspected the leak, suggested the solution and the cost. After I agreed, he immediately assembled his resources and started working till late evening and finished the job. His analysis of the problem and the solution Suggested was right and the leak stopped immediately even after heavy rains overnight

    Plumbing

    The water in our floor drain in the basement was significantly higher than usual. Sergio promptly arrived when he said he would. He used a camera to assess the plumbing line and showed me where the problem was on his laptop. He also brought in an ultraprobe/ultrasound unit to locate the line and made recommendations for future repairs. Sergio is a very pleasant individual who was very respectful to our home. He placed protective covering on his shoes before entering our home. He wore a mask through out the entire time. He took a lot care in order not to cause damage. He placed protective covering on the floor before he began working. Most importantly, he was very kind and caring making sure that I understood what he communicated to me regarding the job. We will definitely be using his services again as we move forward with his recommendation. We highly recommended his services.

    Concrete fix

    Rooterworx repaired some deep cracks we had along the walls of our concrete exterior stairwell. They were courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and straightforward about the problem and the overall solution. They were also able to do the job very fast. We would recommend them for sure.

    Drain-Snake and camera work

    Sergio came when he said he would with proper PPE all ready to go. He did what he said and what was agreed upon and for a fair and upfront price, no surprises, no hidden costs. We had two ridiculous quotes prior so we felt really good about hiring him and his co. He gave suggestions for further work but we did not feel pressured or conned into anything. He cleaned up and was fast and efficient. We will use this company again.

    Drain work

    After a sewage backup into the basement, I called a few companies for a drain diagnosis and estimate. Oleg from Rooterworx provided the clearest information and the best estimate. A Rooterworx crew quickly replaced the old building trap with a clean out and backwater valve. Once that was done, we could see the clay drain pipe was clogged with roots. Sergio figured out what needed to be done and a crew arrived to replace the drain from the clean out to the City connection. Oleg and Sergio were great! They kept me fully informed, took care of obtaining the permit, locates and City inspection, and completed the rebate forms. The crews took care to protect the surrounding garden and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly recommend this company!

    Foundation Wall Leak Repair

    I called Rooterworx to fix a leak in the foundation wall of my basement. They came within a couple of days, confirmed the source of the leak and repaired the cracks in the wall. The gentlemen on-site were very clean and left no mess. I would definitely recommend this company! Thanks Rooterworx!
