We hired HP group for a basement reno and would not recommend them to anyone. They quoted 3-4 weeks originally, we added extras that they said would account for an additional week but in the end the job took 8 weeks total to do. They were aggressive regarding payment while never meeting timelines, had poor professionalism and had an overall low quality of work. Once the job was "done" there were many issues that needed repair. They offered to fix these issues, but given their failure to meet timelines & low quality of work, we decided to do repairs ourselves. Overall we would strongly recommend not hiring this company for any renovations, it's not worth the headache.

I can’t in good faith recommend HP Group. They were hired to renovate a bathroom in October We paid extra for specific finishes, tiles, vanities, and lighting, but none of it was installed. Instead they used whatever they chose without telling us or asking for approval. The end result was not what we agreed to. We asked for a refund for the extras we paid for but never received, including tile baseboards and name-brand faucets. Since then our emails and texts have been ignored. On top of that a job that was supposed to take weeks took a couple of months. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend HP Group. I'd also like to add that upon further investigation it looks some of these five star reviews may be left by family of HP Group. Complete full house renovation done 3 month ago with Hp Group company. The senior project manager Bryan start communicating with us. He was always, always on time. His respond to our messages was surprisingly fast. We liked him because of his professionalism and straight to the point character. John was out site manager. He was one of the most knowledgeable guy in this business I have ever seen. Overall I had a blast of knowing and dealing with Hp group company for my house remodeling project. Recommended 100%. I found out about Hp group from my co worker at the office. We start with our master bathroom project and we end up full second floor renovation. Their job was amazing. Happy to dealt with them. We are working with our basement design with them as I am writing this review. It is very rare to find a professional, complete and price effective renovation company in Toronto. Hp group has them all under one umbrella. Recommended for sure.

HP Group was introduced by one of my neighbours. Our basement was unfinished and we would like to finish it to be able to use it for our family. HP Group and specially Bryan did an amazing job for our basement project. They provide us the 3D images of our finished project. Bryan was so confident and promised us to provide best services. The team he assigned for us was as friendly and professional. Everyday they come on time and clean before they leave. The start as they promised and finished based on their schedule. We add couple of things to the list and they did it without any hesitation. Happy to deal with HP group and their team. I have already recommend them to be colleague for their kitchen reno. What an experience with hp group and Bryan. He was the most professional and nice project manager we had dealt with. Please note, that we have done over 20 renovation before knowing Bryan and hp group. None of them went as smooth as our last one dealing with them. He showed up on time for all his showing. Wishing 5 min, he responded every single messages. Very informative and his recommendation was very helpful. They will be our team for all our renovation project from now on. I recommend them to all our Freinds and families. Thank you guys.

8000 sqft of industrial needed to be finished and prepare for a plastics manufacture. The first thing I asked Bryan is that I want to finish this project as fast as possible since we are paying lots of money for mortgage and I have to run the manufacture very fast. He promised me based on the scope of the project, he gives us the key in 3 months. I was shocked when he called me and told me the project is done in 2 and a half weeks. His crew was fast and professional. We are running a business 2 month ago. We had some minor issue. As soon as we call Bryan and explained him whats going on, he schedule his crew and send them right a way to rectify the issue. Happy that I deal with HP Group. Recommended 100%. Thanks guys

My fathers basement in Scarborough needs complete renovation. We dealt with Bryan from hp group. After fist meeting and dealt with 3 more contractor , my dad liked Bryan because he was on time, professional and always smile. His first impression impress my dad. Their price and detail quotation was impress us completely. His crew was managed by Ebi and his helper. Ebi was so friendly and professional. They finished the project on time and very fast. Bryans communication was amazing. Anytime we call or text, his response was supper fast. Happy to dealt with them. We are planning to renovate the main floor next year and for sure we are going to ask Hp group to take care of it. Thanks Bryan and Ebi.

We had a bad experience with a contractor before. Our neighbour had their project done by HP Group. After communicating with them, we met Bryan at their office. Very professional, friendly personality. Their office was very high end and has very nice samples. We picked our material. Their admin office and their designer prepare a quotation and 2D/3D for our bathroom and kitchen. We started the project. Very pleased with the whole crew such as plumber and electrician. Happy that I choose HP Group. I recommend them to all my Freinds and family. Thanks you guys.
