I contacted Jennifer of Green Blade Lawn Care through their website. She responded promptly. I have engaged them to do grub control and fall fertilizing and weed control. My impressions of them are indeed very favourable.

Ive used Green Blade since Desmond was a one man show, with family running the office. His business has grown over the past 25 years and naturally some of the personal touches have waned. Having said that I will continue to use them as I feel they are still one of the best and most approachable. Price is fair ( assumenot shopped the business). Administration side has improved over the last year but there was a brief phase a few years ago that was concerning, good company to deal with and not a conglomerate.

Over the years I have tried multiple lawn care companies and fired all of them, due to poor service, poor application, poor attitude, and forcing me to call them all summer due to their weed application not doing the job. Green Blade was a breath of fresh air, mature applicators (not irresponsible teenagers), weed control that actually works without repeating application, and seeding that you can see the results. I’m very pleased with Green Blade, the results speak for themselves and have signed up for 2022. Green Blade staff is pleasant to deal with and talk to, Jennifer at Green Blade mission control is a laugh and has a great sense of humour. Keep up the good work Green Blade, you’re the best and over perform all the the other “big name” lawn care companies by a long shot ! Green Blade highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been trying to grow a weed free lawn for years. Even after new sod two years ago we had weeds again covering 90% of our backyard. A landscaper friend recommended green blade. We signed up reluctantly expecting to see trucks drive up to our property and simply place an invoice in our mailbox and then drive away, like we had seen two other companies do to our neighbour’s. In short, green blade is different than any other lawn maintenance company we’ve experienced. My lawn in one year was transformed into a weed free lush magazine quality lawn. Always communicating when and what they were scheduling to do. Top notch!!
