Green was fast. I believe the issue was misdiagnosed. My original request for service was a lack of air coming through the vents. Upon their recommendation, I replaced my AC. My credit card was charged for the deposit as well as the balance, even though I confirmed I would pay via e-transfer for the balance. Hassan did fix this quickly. Hassan said that cleaning the vents and installing a UV light would help, but this didn’t fix the issue, just another $600 spent. Beginning with my initial request, I communicated that I believe the issue was with the fan. After four days, five different technicians, and a lot of money spent, me, my two small children and an infant still had no AC. I reached out to a different HVAC company that diagnosed and fixed the issue. UPDATE: Hassan reached out to me to discuss the above experience, thank me for the feedback and reimbursed me $339.Answer from pro:

I had a boiler break down during last few cold days, so worried about all the tenants, I contacted a few companies and no one can fix the problem. I was having issues with a four-year old heat pump and then it died during the recent cold snap. I can't say enough about Ehsan and his team at Green Heating and Air. He was responsive and always accessible to answer questions, and he arranged for the installation and wiring of a new heat pump over the holidays. His crew was terrific and pleasant and I haven't had any issues with the new unit. Highly recommend!Answer from pro:
