The team was quick to respond and take care of the hornet/wasp nest on the same day that my call was made, and the price was reasonable.

Professional. Friendly. Courteous. Fast. Thorough. Guaranteed for 6 months. Great results. Wasps built a nest in a difficult spot in between the wall and soffit of our home. And both Kevin (on the phone) and Jean Simone (who performed the service) were helpful and went out of their way to do a very thorough approach that worked and they provided a contactless service for us - which was important due to my high C0v1d risk. Really glad I phoned The Pest Control Guy. I sent an email on a Thursday evening, received a call within the hour and was able to explain the issues I had noticed and what the previous company had done. The very next morning, Antoine offered to come assess my property. His eye is sharp, his analysis, thorough as he included the context of my immediate neighbours. His explanations were clear and to the point. He presented a plan of action supported with specific goals and realistic time frames. Antoine was also sensitive to the fact that I like gardening so he suggested to trade the professional black boxes for more decorative ones that look like stones. Professionalism, expertise, quality of bait used, and thoroughness are clearly the foundation of Antoine's pest control services.

A Skunk was hanging around our home for months. It was digging away at the soil foundation under the house, and the smells inside the house were hard to bear. The skunk did us a favor in a way by alerting us to the deep voids underneath our concrete, which we only discovered because that skunk was hanging around. Right before freeze up we found a company who was wiling to go to work and install foam under our driveway and walkway. There was not much holding them up. So we forgave the skunk. And it went away for awhile but then started coming back again every day and it was getting to be too much. A wildlife expert suggested The Pest Control Guy to us because he said they would not harm the skunk but relocate it the wilds where it belongs. Antoine came and installed a small trap and we were in luck because it only took one day for the skunk to land there. Antoine came and removed the small skunk that he figured was a female. And he promised to release her 25 K away. The wildlife expert used to do that for people but he was not well and had to stop doing it, We are glad he pointed us to someone else who would be kind to the animal.

I appreciated how quickly someone was able to come to my house. (next day) Antoine was very helpful in explaining how mice nest and operate their colony and why setting traps was not helping despite the fact the traps were catching mice. I also found the cost quite reasonable for the service being provided.

This company was quick to respond. The communication was friendly, clear and precise. The follow-up information was detailed as to what was necessary moving forward. I appreciate it when the service meets expectations.
