    Microwave Door

    I was very satisfied with company and would have no hesitation in recommending them. The technician was reliable, punctual, friendly and showed initiative. Price was reasonable and I am an extremely satisfied customer.

    Challenging Dishwasher repair

    Both dishwashers in the house had stopped working. Evegny was careful to explain what he thought the problems were, and to listen to us. It took him 3 visits, but the fixable dishwasher got fixed and installed in the main kitchen, and the other dishwasher got taken to the curb. We were very impressed with his professional approach and determination to leave us with a working setup.

    Over the stove microwave repair, etc...

    My above appliance did not work any longer. Mr. Hugenni of ARNIE Appliance repair and installation made a house call. He could not repair the appliance as there was a serious defect with the microwave. He was nice enough to uninstall the appliance for us and even move it outside the house for trash collection. His service was outstanding and much appreciated as we are seniors and would not have been able to do it ourselves. He was courteous, informative. Mr. Hugenni cleans up after himself; wore protective gear during this Covid epidemic. We definitely would call on him again. Elisabeth and Roy

    My new applicance repair company!

    I have a four year old F/L Whirlpool Washing machine that has twice before had problems with the drain - so i had a good idea that it was the same issue again - clogging with animal hair. Unfortunately my go-to individuals were no longer in business and so i came to Home Stars And got ARNI. Who i have now made my 'go to' Professional, friendly, ontime, efficient and reasonable price. Thanks for fixing my machine.

    Arni Applicance Repair is Outstanding

    The technician from Arni was prompt and professional. He showed me the part that I needed online, to prove that the price he quoted was accurate. He also checked my dryer at no cost. I am having a technician back in the Fall to vacuum this machine, based on the technician's recommendation. The service provided was excellent, and I'd recommend this company to anyone in need of a washer/dryer repair.

    Great technician, great service, didn't even wake baby

    The technician was on time, very friendly and very helpful. He gave us advice on how to prevent this issue in the future. Our baby was napping right next to where he was working, and he worked so quietly that our baby napped longer than usual. Highly recommend.

    Great Job with our Microwave

    The technician came onsite, diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it without having to face an immediate replacement of our microwave. Friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Who can ask for more!

    Samsung dryer repair

    Very professional. Our3 year old Samsung Dryer was making screeching sound for about 3 weeks and finally stopped working. He actually came the same day in the evening in a weekend to fix the problem. From his experience he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone and when we opened the dryer he was correct. He exchanged the broken part with newer, better designed part. The room for the dryer was very tight and he still managed to work around it. He also cleaned the whole dryer very thoroughly while the dryer was opened up and showed us how to keep the outside dryer vent cleared of lint. The cost was very reasonable. Definitely we will use his service again in the future.

    Dishwasher installation

    This is the second time we’ve used Arni Services. The first time our dryer was cleaned and a part replaced, and the work was done excellently. This time we bought a new dishwasher and needed a part for installation. To sum up Arni Services, they are professional, reliable and provide excellent service. It’s reassuring to know the work was done right.

    Wash machine repair

    Excellent and prompt service for a washing machine that would not drain. Technician was polite and thorough in explaining the problem and what he could do about it.
