    Appliance installation

    Arni is the best Ive ever dealt with. Great communication, attention to detail, and went above and beyond of what I could expect. He is genuinely interested in delivering the best quality of work. Highly recommended and will for sure work with him again in the future.

    Fast service--pragmatic advice

    All too common scenario waking up to find everything was warm in the fridge. Very fast call back from ARNI and was given and appointment booking the next morning. Pasha arrived on-time the next morning and very quickly was able to diagnose the problem. After looking up parts prices his recommendation as not attempt a repair. He explained the parts prices combined with the fact there was rusting all the way through internal panels would be a very expensive repair that would work for a questionable duration. He also recommended brands to buy and stay away from given parts prices, availability of parts and quality. We really appreciated Pasha's frank recommendation that yes cost ARNI business in the short term but would cost us a lot more in the long term. As a result, ARNI is our go to appliance repair company now after our previous stopped serving our area and will make more money from us in the long term.

    Bosch Dishwasher Installation

    I needed to get me new Bosch dishwasher installed. ARNI came responded right away and I set up an appointment quickly. The tech came right on time and was able to remove my old dishwasher and setup my new one really quickly. He was really good - explained everything and made sure to keep the area clean. Highly recommended.

    Great service

    They were quick to respond. Came when they said they would and honest, knowledgeable, and professional with their advice and service. Worth every penny of their call out fee.

    Miele Dishwasher Repair and Faucet Replacement

    This is the third time I have called ARINI to repair an appliance and had a great experience with them, as usual. I had two issues that they took care of this time - water leaking from my Miele dishwasher hose and water leaking from my kitchen faucet. Pasha was very accommodating with my schedule and always showed up on time. He was very friendly and always found a solution - his knowledge and expertise was especially helpful as my appliance and faucet had non-standard parts. Very happy with the workmanship and highly recommend them for any appliance repair.

    Highly recomeded

    Ivgeni was fast, honest, pleasant and proffesional . Highly recomeded. for sure I will call him next time. dont expect the cheapest service but who cares when the service is fast and excellent .

    Washing machine repair

    Pasha and Evgeni are awesome. Pasha diagnosed the issue fast, scheduled a visit asap at my convenience, explained all the details, and fixed the problem. Evgeni also gave free consultation on the phone for a related issue with my furnace and hydronic system. Overall super fast and affordable service from licensed professionals who care about customer experience. Highly recommended.

    STOVE/WASHING MACHINE REPAIRS

    Evgeny was excellent! He fixed both my Bosch stove and Kitchenaid washing machine. Evgeny also gave me good advice going forward on troubleshooting in case I have the same issues again. I was very pleased with his service. He did not rush and took adequate time to look into both my appliance issues. I will definitely recommend this company to others.

    Dryer Not Working

    11.04am service request made. 11.05am ARNI responds to the request. Booked for 1-3pm the same day. Pasha arrived promptly and by 1.49pm I had a receipt and a job completed by a very knowledgeable and competent technician. Would highly recommend.

    Washer and dryer installation, and old machine removal

    The ARNI team were absolutely fantastic - quick to respond, clear communication and expectations set. They showed up when they said, performed the (difficult) task of moving my new washer and dryer down a steep flight of stairs into my basement. They were also able to disassemble the old washer and dryer and remove it. I cant recommend them enough.
