    Asbestos and Mould removal

    Just wanted to take some time to express my thanks to you and your entire staff for your efforts in making the asbestos and mould removal projects as painless as possible. From your initial site visit, work plan design, overall cost, closeout and occupancy, Eco can be depended upon to take care of business and to turn out an outstanding deliverable. It is not often you witness a contractor starting a job on the day they said it would, showing up on time to begin and moreover doing multiple walk throughs with the client to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was phenomenal, their approach was open and accommodating, very courteous and just great people to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco and look forward to doing business with the company in the future. An excellent job!

    Basement

    I was very pleased with the work that was completed. The team assessed the basement very quickly and they were able to tell me the issues. The asbestos was removed and they basement looks like there was never any work complete. The service was fast, efficient and professional. The cost was reasonable for the amount of work that was complete. I would definitely recommend Fresh Air Abatement.

    Mold removal in attick

    The work was done in a timely manner. Also did a very good job. There was a strong smell from chemical but went away in a few days. Would recommend Gerrard to any friends or family, was reasonable in price. Thank you.

    Asbestos Testing

    I put in a request for an abatement contractor on HomeStars. I received a quotation from Fresh Air and Garry was very helpful. He came over the same day and collected samples and had results for me the next day. I was lucky, most of the tests came back with no signs of any designated substances. There were however some vinyl tiles that had a low amount to which Fresh Air gave me a good price for abatement. Their abatement work was quick and as per guidelines. They cleaned up after they were done and did a good job at it. Highly recommended.

    Helpful friendly service

    Asbestos testing with Gary who was very prompt and responsive. Took time to explain and gave me some options. Appreciated the time he took to work with me even though it was a fairly quick job.

    Basement mould removal and reinstall drywall with paint

    Gary was the first to respond to my inquiry on Homestars, the first to come for a free consultation, which was only a few hours after I initially spoke with him. He thoroughly explained the different kids of moulds, the process to remove, and the the steps he would take to ensure that everything would be removed in a responsible manner. Upon deciding on a price, Gary started the work the same night with minimal deposit and finished the work on time as promised. He sent me pictures before and throughout the time he was working in my basement. His work was immaculate and he left everything clean and proper. I paid 10% upfront and remaining after all the work was finished and inspected by me. I still haven't heard from any other vendor so I would definitely call Gary and his team again. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family and any looking for professional, courteous and affordable service.

    Asbestos testing

    Garry and his team were very responsive to service our home. We needed a quick turnaround which they were able to accommodate with the testing and lab results.

    Type 3

    Professional, Honest and Knowledgeable. Completed the job in timely manner. I would definitely use and recommend this company again. Quote was reasonable and no surprises and no sur-charges. I'm more than pleased with the end product.

    removal of mould in the basement

    I had some mould build up underneath the step, closet, as well as some in between the insulation in my basement, and they removed it. We are really pleased with their work. They were professional and very tidy.
