Saeed and Sep run a very professional team and take their work very serious. As a structural contractor who deals with general contractors all the time, I can say without a doubt that Sanza Homes does some of the most outstanding and beautfil work, in Canada. Highly recommended.

We wanted to renovate the first and second story of our house, updating, floors, bathrooms, kitchen and also moving our powder and laundry rooms. Sanza Homes did an amazing job, keeping us updated during the whole process. It felt like they were treating the job as if they were working on their own house, taking it upon themselves to go above an beyond what we originally requested. We highly recommend choosing Sanza Homes for your project!

We were very lucky and fortunate to find Sanza Homes. We were new comers coming to Toronto from Turkey. One of our relatives introduced Sanza Homes to us and we are very glad they did. Saeed and Sep were amazing from start to the end of the project. They were very helpful , knowledgeable, and polite to us. Throughout the process, we felt like they were building their own house. They were very caring and responsible for their job. They were always accessible and responsive to us throughout the whole process and they answered all of our questions and concerns as soon as they could. Lastly, about the quality of the job; our home now looks beautiful, and not a quest goes by without saying good things about our beautiful home.

From design to completion Sanza Homes team always worked to make sure we were happy. They kept us up to date and informed with the progress of our project. Working with our basic vision they were able to transform our home into a more comfortable and functional space with design and style we love. For many years my wife and I resisted the idea of building a new home due to the experience others had with long delays and significant cost overruns. We came to the conclusion the new home industry could not budget for time or costs in any effective way leaving the customer at risk to huge unplanned expenses. Still wanting a new home our research led us to Sanza Homes design and build, a company we had heard from a friend of ours. We spoke with couple of their past customers who were thrilled with their homes and after construction service. The most important feedback was the fact Sanza Homes was on budget and on time. We contacted Sanza’s project managers Saeed and Sep, to discuss our plans and seek to their opinion on what we wanted to do. We quickly felt confident in his open and transparent approach. We worked with the Sanza design team who were outstanding (thank you all, especially Nafiseh) who designed a house far beyond our own vision. The Build team were amazing: on time, great attention to detail and fun to work with. Sanza brings together the best people and then coordinates the build process to ensure quality, timeliness and budget accuracy. The final product is amazing and in fact award winning! We moved in a week before scheduled and the cost was as budgeted: incredible how the process was as promised and far beyond our expectations. My wife and I are thrilled with the end results, our friends were amazed and other custom home builders who have seen the home told me they could not have built our home in the same time frame for the cost we paid. We really enjoyed working with Sanza Homes team on our home renovation. From the planning and architecture phase to the execution of the work, everything ran so smoothly thanks to their wonderful team and process driven system. Their onsite project managers were so friendly, knowledgeable and supportive through the renovation/construction. In addition to Sanza Homes team, each of their sub-contractors were extremely professional and experts at their craft. We could not be happier with how everything turned out! We will absolutely be working with them on any future projects.

I needed to completely remodel my old garage which was in pretty bad condition. I saw work from Sanza Homes at my neighbor garage and i liked it very much so I wanted to hire them if they offer would be reasonable. I set up a meeting and their offer was very acceptable so we made a deal. I was surprised how responsible are people from this company, they will do anything for customer satisfaction. I knew that remodeling may be complicated but they made it so easy for me. At the end they did exactly what I wanted, my garage is now perfect! Great contractor!!

Sanza Homes made our basement the most beautiful part of our house. We found the Sanza staff incredibly charming, professional, and trustworthy. I love the design that Mahsa (their interior designer) prepared for us and the outcome turned out beautifully. Sanza did a basement reno for us, giving us the most luxurious great rec/TV room, store room, new bathroom, etc. Great work from them: organized, scheduled, excellent communications. They finished on time & under budget! We would hire them again.
