    Flooring for 3 classrooms

    We called Real Finish Renovations to renovate 3 classroom floors (and take up carpet from another classroom). The team was extremely quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to reliable and when the 3 floors completed were expertly finished, they took all the debris from the previous floor with them for disposal. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Basement Ceiling

    Carson, Jerome and their sub-contractors did an excellent job putting a new drywall ceiling in my basement complete with pot lights and crown moulding. I would highly recommend them for your home renovations.

    General Construction- Framing, Drywall, Paint, floor leveling, Tile , roofing,

    I am a General Superintendent for a mid size developer, I hired Real Finish Renovations to do the framing and drywall on my project but quickly learned Carson is a man of many talents. I found Carson to be very informative and to have contacts in all aspects of construction- if he does not do the work he knows someone who can. Real Finish Renovations has completed all aspects of work for me from framing, level 5 drywall finish, drypack/floor leveling, tile work, painting and even roofing. Carson and his team are highly skilled tradesmen, they complete work in a timely manner and keep work areas clean and tidy as they go. I would certainly recommend Carson and Real Finish Renovations to anyone and any project- you will be in good hands. I will be using them in the future.

    basement drywall taping

    I hung the board and Carson and his boys taped it and finished it. They were very punctual for the 4 days they were here and did a great job. Their clean up was satisfactory. I would highly recommend them for your drywall needs.

    Basement renovations: drywall, window Jambs

    Carson was prompt and attentive. He stuck to his quote and his estimated timing for the project which was a big relief. There is nothing worse than when a project gets dragged on and delayed. The workmanship itself was excellent. I am very happy with thr job and will use him again.

    Main floor hallway ceiling sustained damage to a bathtub drain failure

    Carson showed up, priced the work and came back a number of times to complete the job in a timely manner. The work involved skimming the ceiling to cover the existing spray textured finish, as well as taping and covering some new drywall which replaced the water damaged drywall. As a construction site superintendent assigned to high end commercial client fit-outs, I work with a lot of trades, especially drywall. Carson lives near me and was recommended by one of my tradesman. So if you want a person who shows up when agreed upon, does a professional first-rate plaster job with minimum mess and fuss - then look no further. You will be happy with his work.

    skim coat ceilings

    A TRUE PROFESSIONAL... From start to finish, Carson and his team truly impressed us! Hard working, efficient, responsive and easy to work with. He delivered what he promised, and in fact- exceeded our expectations. Our ceilings came out perfect!! Our first HomeStars experience and not our last. We would highly recommend Carson/Real Finish Renovations for your next project.
