Ensure that you check the names listed below on other review websites, as well as the Better Business Bureau website. You will see why he has had to change the name of his company so many times in the last few years. Although his newest company appears to have been reviewed almost perfectly so far, it is these past companies and projects that will show what I and many others have learned the hard way. Doing this may save you from the financial loss and mental anguish I've gone through during my unfortunate interaction with him. Don't just heed this warning alone, read the many others online and use your better judgement. I'm sure there may be some customers who've had a satisfactory experience with Mitch, but there are too many egregious experiences to ignore and giving him your project simply isn't worth the risk in my opinion. There are far better contractors out there that do work in a timely manner, with higher quality, and offer better communication and customer service. If you still choose to conduct business with Mitch, for your own sake: - Get everything in writing. - Take pictures. - Take notes. - Do not pay cash and keep financial records. - Ask to have a payment structure that encourages him to finish the job on time and properly. (His usual payment structure has the bulk of the money paid before even half of the work is completed, which opens up the possibility of "ghosting" while already having most of your money.)

I selected Mitchell and Co. Construction after obtaining quotes from 3 other contractors. Mitch was honest, polite and professional during our initial visit and throughout the entire job. His price was not the lowest of the estimates I obtained but was the most reasonable and only included the work that needed to be done. Mitch always had time to answer my questions, no many how many I had! The crew Mitch sent to do the demo and re-build worked quickly despite the intense heat and humidity. In particular, Kyle and his assistant, worked tirelessly to get the rebuild completed despite the intense heat, humidity and rain. Again, anytime I had a question, Kyle was more than happy to pause and provide me an answer; if he did not have the answer then he would find out for me. If Kyle was ever unsure about anything during the job, he would ask me without hesitation. I truly felt part of the entire project at every step of the way. I was kept well informed and updated on not only the progress to date but the target tasks for each phase of the project each day. Overall, I am very satisfied with Mitchell and Co. Construction and I heartily recommend them. I will not hesitate to contact Mitch again for my next project.

I had mitchell construction redo the front interlock at my house and extend the interlock to add another car. Mitchell took time to explain what would look good, he made suggestions, and offered up options and he was very respectful in staying within my budget. Mitchell and his staff did a great job on the front, it looks like a completely new place! I am on cloud nine every time I walk up my walkway! Thanks to the Mitchell and the boys at Mitchell construction, I would use them again and would highly recommend them!!

Top Kitchen designers in the gta Worth every penny and more which is what it cost. I got a stunning new kitchen with no hassle. They took care of everything from beginning to end. All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant and efficient. If I were to review mitchell construction staff one by one I think I would give them all 5 stars. The work was professional and neat. Everything as well coordinated we did nor have to wait a week between the different contractors, they all somehow smoothly coordinated things and everything fell into place. I would definitely use them again.
