I am very satisfied with the painting of three second floor windows. My only concern is the cost which did seem a bit high but then all painters are charging that amount. I found Pro Painters to be very friendly and accommodating. Yes, I would hire them again.Answer from pro:

We contacted Pro Painters to paint high indoor and outdoor walls. We needed to have this done rather quickly. Mustafa and George got all done on time. They were very helpful getting the lounge, kitchen and dining room ready for the job, moving furniture and a grand piano around. They also removed an old ugly disconnected pre-internet security alarm system box high up on the outside facade. Dents/scratches on the indoor walls were expertly repaired. The outside cedar boards were excellently treated and repaired where required. Mustafa made an excellent match with the existing paints' colours and textures and supplied all paints and materials. All was included in the price. The price was very reasonable and cost competitive, especially given the level of friendly and professional service.Answer from pro:

I am tardy in writing this review but better late than never! I met Mustafa through Homestars and contracted him and his team to paint the exterior stucco and trim of our house at a competitive/reasonable price. The team was very polite, professional, and did a great job! I was very satisfied with the work and the diligence of the team as they take great pride in their work and they are meticulous in their work - as if they were performing the work on their own house which speaks volumes for their professionalism and resulted in a very happy customer! I wanted my entire condo unit painted - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, walk through closet, laundry room, and all other closets and pantries inside and out. The kitchen cabinets needed to be changed from dark brown to white, and the bathroom cabinets, doors, baseboards and crown molding, needed to be a dark grey. I also had a bookcase wall unit which desperately required improvement and painting. Chibuzo and his team were amazing! All work was completed on time and expertly! I would recommend Mustafa's company 100%. I absolutely love the way my condo looks and my invoice was exactly the same as my quote.Answer from pro:

I requested quotes from 4 companies. Pro Painters was in the middle. The quote was thorough (or so I thought). I was going to make a change but decided against a went back to the original quote. The updated quote (the same as the original quote) was over $500 different. It turned out the computer program made a mistake with the original quote. We settled on splitting the difference. So I ended up paying almost $300 more than I had budgeted for. The paint job seems to be ok but if you choose them double check your quote for computer errors.Answer from pro:
We apologize for the mistake, and this was the only time this has ever happened to us, we do want to mention that we did provide you with a choice if it was ok. You offered to compensate us for half of it as you were very happy with the work and understood that it was an anlaytical error. We had done quite a bit more patching and fixes at no extra cost, as you know. In any case, we appreciate the review, and we will do our best to be more thorough with our quotes in the future.
