Dryer broke - put the request out and Sergei responded right away. He was here when promised. Quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the issue (fried component on the circuit board)). He offered 2 options to fix it - 1 replace (provided all costs), 2 fix. I went with the fix and he was able to spend a bit of time replacing the fried component and and getting the dryer working again. Super speedy, professional, and nice to deal with. Would use him again if anything else goes wrong in my house.

Sergei is friendly and professional! He came on time and found the issue and fixed the dishwasher in no time. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any other fixes in the future.

Sergio came on time and fixed it no time. There was rollers problem and he alternate them, It is working very well. Sergio gave us a warranty and if problem arose he will fix rollers for free of labor charge. I will definitly recommend Sergio.

My Samsung fridge kept freezing up.The first technician said I would need a new control panel.I went through Homestars and Sergi was the first to reply. He came out the next day at the time promised. He diagnosed it as the cooling fan. Fortunately he had one with him replaced it in one hour. He did a great job and cleaned up the small mess he left. I would recommend him.

Sergei is excellent! He was very responsive, on time, courteous and professional in all ways! And he assessed and fixed the problem with our Kitchenaid oven in less than an hour (that another appliance company hasn't been able to fix in months). Very courteous, Very neat in appearence and optioned the problem and fixed in on the spot with parts he already had. We had been using our over-the-range style microwave (Frigidaire) for 10 years - it finally gave out. The power and lights and everything was working fine, but the food won't heat up inside. I found Sergei's reviews here and gave him a call, and he was able to schedule a visit with clear rate descriptions. Sergei gave us a call prior to his visit to us, and showed up as scheduled. Sergei came prepared - he had already expected some possible causes of the issues and had already purchased required parts when he showed up. Within an hour we had a working microwave! He was able to fix the issue in an economical way, which we appreciated very much. Sergei's service is very reasonable and dependable.
