    Repair household appliance: Washing machine
    Washer was fixed. However, it would’ve been nice to have written estimates and what needed to be done. Would’ve also been nice to have credit card as a payment option. Only options were cash and etransfer.

    I appreciated they're prompt service, return of my phone calls, and ability to fix my oven and stove with the parts available.

    They got the job done but the contact kept shifting the goalpost and changed the pricing/terms multiple times. On the phone he said $280 for a pump repair with 1 year warranty. After the tech arrived he said $300. After the job was done (and I paid) he said 30 day warranty and lied saying that he never committed to 1 year warranty. The job was completed so I wouldn't rate them as 1 star. But I would not recommend or go back to them again in the future.

To clarify, the total you paid was a discounted cash price of $300, which included $220 for parts and labor and an $80 service call. The original quoted price was $381.23 plus tax. Regarding the warranty, our standard policy for this type of repair is 30 days, and we did not intend to miscommunicate this at any point. For transparency, we have attached screenshots of our conversation showing that a 30-day warranty was mentioned, not a one-year warranty. Please note that a one-year warranty is typically only offered with the purchase of a new appliance, not a repair.     Zane (Zain?) the technician, was very professional, kind and respectful of my home. The price was higher than I would have thought, though, and would want to shop around for other quotes next time
