Sam was fast, friendly and fair. After troubleshooting the issuing and explaining to me, he promptly replaced the required parts. He then provided me with some advice on the ideal operating settings of the dryer as well as maintenance tips.

Sam came within three hours of my call to look at my washer and dryer. He gave me some good advice on what to do since the washer is heading to the afterlife and gave me a quote on the dryer which I’ll take advantage of if we don’t get replace both. Very friendly and informative.

I've called Sam since my fridge was not cooling. Sam gave me a time frame where he will be coming to fix the fridge. The first good sign was that he came ontime. Sam started asking me questions and symptoms of the problem. He then shared with me what he suspects the issue would be and clearly mentioned to me the fees before starting work. He showed professionalism in dealing with the fridge problem and checking each and every aspect. His priority was to fix the issue without having to replace parts and that is what he did. In fact he went above and beyond as the cooling didn't start after couple of hours since he left. Honestly I was concerned, so I contacted him. He gladly responded to my concern and explained to me what to expect. Next day, and as he said to me, the fridge was working flawlessly. I would certainly recommend him.

Although our fridge was working again when he arrived, Sam was a consummate professional and still looked the fridge over for any problems. I appreciate his answers to all my questions and his willingness to waive the assessment fee if things do go wrong again later. His integrity and friendliness stood out
