A total waste of time and money! Hussam came over to fix my dishwasher which was doing a very poor job of cleaning the dishes. After a minute, without doing any diagnostic work at all, said "I know the problem - your controller is not starting your pump to remove dirty water when you start your dishwasher and dirty water is flowing back from the drain". He said it was $280 to fix, and the cost of any parts that would be needed. He said there was no warranty on the service, and if the next day it did not work, I was out of luck. He did say parts had a warranty. I asked how he knew that by just looking, and he said it was "experience". I kept pushing this, and kept getting the same response. I started the cycle and stopped it, and cleary showed that it drained fine. The controller was obviously working fine. I later attached the drain to a bucket and saw the flow was fine. I was not about to pay $280 for a repair without any idea of the parts needed, or any diagnostics. More so when the issue explained was clearly not the issue. I am upset I paid the $80 (at first requested in cash so there would be no tax) and wrote to them, and got back a nonsense response of "I did the diagnosing and I told you the problem but you are cheap! you don't want to pay you want me to repair your Dishwasher for $80" $80 to fix would have been fine, or even to get a detailed diagnostic and and estimate.

Job well done. Hussam came and delivered good customer service and explained well what the issues was and was happy to help. He also explained all the problems and how the machine works.

Please do not use this guy “Sam” save your money he does not know what he’s doing. His initial $70 visit to diagnose the issue with my washers error codes turned into $280 and all he did was get a toothbrush to clean the mesh in my water hoses and then told me I needed a part for a total cost now at $470 without even opening up my machine! Showed up with part and now tells me I need another part for an additional $100! I specially asked him from the beginning if the repair is going to cost more than a certain amount then I would have just paid his $70 visit and bought a new washer machine!

Sam cane and did the job without parts and saved me money. Would recommend to all who need a quick job done. He did a fast job and high quality service.

Sam was great. He came late at night. Fixed my dryer from making a loud noise. I would recommend him to friends and family. He was very nice and good price.

Sam, the owner and technician of this company will try to befriend you then attempt to get $280 for his visit and labour fees even though his ad says otherwise. When called out on that he tells me the ad was an old promotion, which is totally not true. I contacted him on Sunday July 5th, through this particular ad, he showed up Monday July 6th, the following day, hmmm, really it's an old ad??? His current ad reads the same today as it did when I called. He spent 1/2 hour prying and poking at the ice maker in my fridge (ice maker being the problem that needed fixing). After several minutes of doing this without actually removing the ice maker in the fridge, he tells me he fixed it. When asked what the problem was and what he did to fix it, he became very defensive and tells me he's the expert and I should trust him. He did not give any explanation not even a bit. The ice maker did show or sound to be working any differently than before he showed up, he tells me I need to wait 6 to 8 hours before I will hear the water filling in the ice maker. He told me he would come back at no extra cost for labour if the problem occurred, the cost of the part is all I would pay. He demands CASH ONLY! for his current visit tax charged on his invoice, but no HST number on the invoice. I will be contacting CRA regarding that. Obviously the next day arrives and nothing has changed with the ice maker. IT DOESN'T WORK! I messaged him to return as he stated. He replied that I need a new ice maker and it would cost $364.8+Tax. I did my own research and found out that the cost of the part was no more than $160.00 . At this point I had no trust in Sam, so I got a second appliance technician from a different company to assess the problem. I was explained exactly what the problem was and the cost of the part. Which turned out to be the same as all 6 other parts stores I called. MY CONCLUSION - SAM IS DISHONEST AND WILL ATTEMPT TO RIP YOU OFF. UNFORTUNATELY I WAS HOME ALONE AND DIDN'T HAVE A MAN AROUND TO DEAL WITH HIM. HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION. DO NOT USE HIM IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY HONEST TECHNICIAN. HE'S ONLY OUT TO GET YOUR CASH. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great prompt service - updated arrival time and time to repair. Friendly and very well protected. Offered most effective options and outlined the best ones based on experience and costs.

Problem with the bake part of the oven and the repair was quick effecienclt and we really benefitted from the non hourly rate since it took 4 times longer than my own anticipated troubles. There were deeper issues that were handled effectively and efficiently by Sam.
