Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you were disappointed and would like to clarify. The issue initially reported was that the washer was not draining, which we diagnosed and repaired. A spinning problem cannot be properly diagnosed until the draining issue is resolved. On the second visit, after further testing, we determined the control board was failing. We even reset it, and it worked temporarily before stopping again, confirming it needed replacement. We offered to replace the control board by charging only for the part and installing it free of labor, or provide a partial refund. You chose the partial refund, and we processed it. If both issues (not draining and not spinning) had been mentioned from the beginning, the estimate would have been different. We made two visits, provided support, and honored the agreed refund.
