The technician came on Jan 31 and charged me a higher-than-quoted price saying a part needs to be replaced. I paid for the part and the service. Then the dishwasher wasn’t used until few weeks later and was found still with the draining issue. Tech came again, found a tiny piece of plastic saying this was what caused the problem, which btw was so tiny that wouldn’t have stopped water from draining. The tech also said the motor pump might need replacement which gonna cost me more. Now the question came why the part that got replaced at the first visit wouldn’t have resolved the issue? This still remains unresolved and I’m just asked to paying for more parts replacementsAnswer from pro:
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify the situation and address your concerns. The initial visit took place on January 31. During that appointment, the technician diagnosed the issue based on the dishwasher’s symptoms at that time and replaced the faulty part accordingly. The service and part were provided as quoted. You later contacted us regarding a continued draining issue. As a courtesy, we sent the technician back on February 24 at no additional charge, within the 30-day warranty period (January 31 – March 3). We also informed you that if the issue occurs again and no blockage is found, the motor pump will need to be replaced. The cost of the part is $198.78, and in that case, we will provide the installation free of charge within the warranty period. Our goal is always to resolve issues properly and fairly, and we are committed to ensuring your appliance functions properly. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can move forward with a proper resolution.
