We always provide pricing upfront and proceed only with customer approval, there are no hidden charges. While you may have found a cheaper aftermarket part elsewhere, we stand by the use of original manufacturer parts, as well as the value, quality, and warranty of our professional service.
The only charge applied was $80 for the assessment and service visit. If you would like, we are happy to offer a partial refund of the assessment fee. Please feel free to call us so we can address your concerns.
