    Siding Installation

    Ideal siding literally transformed my old house into a beautiful new house. They came out to see us quickly, very professional and knowledgeable about products and services. Their contractors were amazing. The installers were friendly and professional. I could not be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone! They cleaned up and you couldn't tell they were ever in our yard.

    Siding Project

    We were very pleased with our siding remodel and happy to have the opportunity to give Ideal Siding a good review. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable, they were on time every morning, all n all an excellent job and exceptional experience. The product was great. The salesman brought samples to choose from with several colours. The office staff answered all my questions. When the crew completed the job, they made sure everything was picked up and clean. I would recommend this company to anybody.

    Renovation

    Although we got off to a rough start, Oleg and Igor came through in the end. It took about a year from our first appointment to the completion, but that was due to a number of factors, including our budget. We have a 19th century cottage that had been through many "renovations" throughout the years. Essentially, we had to undo a century of "remodeling" which included asbestos siding and replacing leaky vinyl construction grade windows in front. Whenever there was an issue, they came through - maybe not the first time, but they listened and responded. All of the materials were of high quality and negotiated within our budget. As homeowners know, relationships with contractors are a big deal, and once a good one is found, you don't want to let go! We're happy to say that we plan to work with Ideal Siding in the future. Originally I gave 8 stars, but I reminded of the efforts of Igor who went out of his way to respond to my questions and concerns, even on the weekends!

    Siding Project

    Ideal Siding was not the cheapest company I could have hired to do the work I needed done - but based on my research and other reviews, they are the ones. They did the siding, fascia, soffits, guttering and downspouts. The work crews were on the job, even in some cold rainy weather. The job was done correctly, and done the first time through. Clean-up was done so no extraneous materials were floating around. Highly recommend Ideal Siding, even if they are not the cheapest (hint: they do have a price-match policy). The old adage is true - you get what you pay for.

    Siding Installation

    Initially I wasn't happy with the install. Hovewer, they did a really good job, corrections were made as needed and if I had a problem they came right out to fix it. Our project manager took care of my every concern. It's the small things that stand out. Lots of neighbors stating their approval.

    Siding Installation

    Installers did a great job in spite of the weather. The job site was cleaned at the end of every day. I really appreciated their attention to details and to my questions. Appreciated project manager's suggestions that I choose a color rather than go back with white since we were not changing the soffit or facia boards... the whites would not have matched. Very pleased with the color choice and the new shutters. Office support was very patient with me to come together on an installation date and helped me through the details. House looks great.

    Siding Installation

    We chose Ideal Siding because we did a lot of research... We looked at all of the available products and companies out there, as this was a decision that would impact our home for many years to come. We looked at the fiber-cement siding versus the wood, vinyl, and aluminum products on the market. We read customer review after customer review to learn about products, installation methods, and overall company perceptions. When we were done, there was really only one choice, and that was Ideal Siding. James Hardie fiber-cement siding that we'd chosen is truly a premier cost-effective product, that is made to stand up to our rainy weather here, in BC. Each step of the installation is very well thought out and executed. We were able to watch it happen, and the installation was fantastic! Highly recommend!

    Siding Project

    One of the owners of Ideal Siding personally came to my home for an estimate on a new siding. I was very impressed with his knowledge on the subject, and his ability to put everything in common layman's terms I understood. The process Ideal Siding goes through is much more than just nailing new planks. They removed the existing siding, repaired sheathing underneath, put a new building paper, flashing, strapping and a bug screen. They also installed new trims and dryer vents, put a new caulking and did nice touch ups after the installation. All of that and the estimate was very comparable to others I got. After agreeing to the terms I was given a date to do the work - 1 week later. Yes, only 1 week! The work crew of 4 men arrived right on time and immediately went about their business like a fine oiled machine. The work was professionally completed in 5 days. After the men were finished, you would never know they were on my property. Cleanup was complete and thorough. A great 25-year warranty on labour was the icing on the cake. I would fully recommend Ideal Siding to anyone needing work done.

    Renovation

    These guys are true professionals. I was very impressed after our first meeting. Our Project Manager took his time explaining the many options available when helping me design my home and provided me a detailed quote the next day. He remained available for questions before during and after the work was completed. The crew did an amazing job transforming my home in about 2 weeks! They are an extremely talented group of guys... Neat and clean! I highly recommend Ideal Siding.

    Siding Project

    We couldn’t be happier with our finished house. The attention to detail of the construction crew was extraordinary. Everyone was nice. All the personnel who worked on our project were neat and tidy and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left each day. The work was done according to schedule and the final project was beautiful. We have received many compliments from our neighbors and visitors. I strongly recommend hiring Ideal Siding for any projects you may be considering.
