    Great service to set up my BBQ!

    I bought a natural gas BBQ over the weekend. I raised a service request on Homestars to get it hooked up, and ALP's Alex called me within the hour of the service request. He was on time with a great attitude. He was knowledgeable and patient with all the questions I had (yes, I am a first time BBQer). He got the job done quickly and I can't wait to start BBQing this weekend.

    Great Service!

    Alex was prompt, efficient and did a wonderful job in splitting the existing gas line for bbq and fire table with two separate shutoff valves and extending the line for a fire table. Job was completed within the time frame given and the cost was far more reasonable than other quotes I received. Will absolutely contact Alex at ALP for other work.

    Fast and Professional

    Very thorough in providing me with a quote with several options. Showed up on time, walked me through the entire process and got the job done that afternoon with minimal mess. Would definitely use ALP again, and would recommend them very confidently.

    Very Happy with Alex and ALP

    We had one of the larger energy companies come and change our gas metre. In the process, they found a gas leak and tagged our furnace. It was stressful because they shut off the gas due to the leak and we were looking for a gas tech at 7 pm on a Friday night! Luckily we found Alex. We called him Friday night and Saturday morning he was here bright and early. Fixed the problem, checked that our gas appliances were on and working properly, filled out the paperwork and it was done. Polite, professional, and efficient. Highly recommended.

    Gas fireplace service

    Extremely happy with the service provided by Alex. Alex accommodated a same day service and arrived promptly as promised. He was able to fix a blocked section and get my fireplace working. I really appreciate his great customer service and courteous service. I would definitely recommend Alex.

    Fireplace Maintenance

    Alex was the Representative from ALP and he was AMAZING! He was prompt, professional, kind and efficient. At the same time he was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The fireplaces look beautiful now and can finally be enjoyed.

    Excellent contractor

    Alex provided an excellent service: Responded promptly to the service request, provided the estimate and possible timeframe. Once agreed on terms he offered an early service date, came in time, executed the work professionally, fast, in a clean manner and within the established budget. Impressive performance!     Natural Gas BBQ Line Installation

    I contacted ALP Heating via Email to inquire about installing a Natural Gas line near my patio. I was met with a swift response from Alex within 30 minutes whom queried me for additional details about the location, basement being finished, distance from the furnace, etc. Alex informed me they would install a CSST line in the basement to the rear patio for $900. I accepted and we made an appointment a few days from then. When Alex arrived, he was very professional in outlining the process and how the line would be installed. Alex laid down protective flooring fabric throughout the distances he would frequent while going in and out of the house. This protected the hardwood and kept things clean. During the installation, Alex asked me if I had the BBQ already in my possession. Unfortunately, I did not. As a result, I did not have the natural gas hook-up connector from the BBQ manufacturer. This was no problem for Alex though as he was able to quickly determine the appropriate connector type the BBQ would require. This did not disrupt the installation process as Alex already had one of these connectors on-hand. Alex charged me an additional $50 for this connector which did not bother me. Once I had gotten my BBQ, hooking up to the Natural Gas line ALP Heating had installed was seamless. Overall, would recommend ALP Heating for installing your Natural Gas BBQ line :)

    Underground Gas Line for Fire pit and BBQ

    Alex was wonderful to work with and a true professional. He evaluated our needs and identified the best approach and did a very clean and professional installation. Explained all the steps and answered all of our many questions. During install we encountered some challenges but he was able to nimbly tackle and resolve them and also helped us undo some poor work done by previous contractors to ensure our safety. Fair, honest, and a pleasure to work with. Will look to Alex and ALP for any future needs and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
