Had a wonderful experience with North 5 Contracting with our recent renovation. We love our new bathroom- it is exactly what we wanted. Dealing with Enkel and his crew was a great experience-communication was excellent- they showed up when they said they would and followed a pre approved schedule. There was zero mess in our home as everything was covered and clean up was thorough after each days work. Pricing was fair with payments scheduled at logical points in the project - all approved ahead of time. We strongly recommend North 5 and plan to do further projects with Enkel.

We are thrilled with the results of North5’s work on our two bathrooms. Enkel is the real deal. When we were headed in the wrong direction, he would professionally provide options. When something wasn’t exactly the way we wanted it, he fixed it. His team was top notch, most especially the tiler. Absolutely incredible attention to detail and impeccable execution. Thanks for such great work Enkel!

House renovation: Detached house
Enkel and his team did a great job renovating our pool house. Enkel was very professional, always on time, paid close attention to details and kept everything clean and tidy. His team worked hard and fast, and was able to meet all of the deadlines. I highly recommend North 5 Contracting, and will be using them again in the future!

Enkel was amazing to work with. He was honest, transparent and hard working. He was accommodating and on time. The people that he contracted to do some of the work for our two bathrooms were also very professional and very good. We are very happy with the result of our bathrooms and our primary bathroom and bedroom is next up for them to complete. I would highly recommend Enkle and his team. We are looking forward to our next renovation with them.

Install Vinyl, Linoleum or PVC floor: Replacement; 365 sq ft
Enkel and his team were very professional and thorough. I like how they laid floor protectors where needed on my newly refinished floors. There was one small issue with the way the baseboards were installed. Enkel very graciously offered to fix this. Most importantly, he got the cat urine smell out of my floors. So relieved.

Bathroom Renovations
Enkel and all those he has employed at North 5 Contracting did an exceptional job renovating 2 x four-piece bathrooms. Because our house is over 100 years old, there were quite a few bumps along the way...Enkel worked hard to get over those bumps and make us our 2 dream bathrooms. We could not be happier with his/his team's work and the end result for both bathrooms. The crew was professional, tidy, respectful of our home, punctual with great work ethic. They even greeted my dog with affection each and every morning. I recommend Enkel and North 5 contracting without hesitation. You will be incredibly happy with your end result!

Bathroom Renovations
We needed to get the water supply redirected and a few old pipes replaced. The work was completed in the same day. They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their services. Thank you!

Full Bathroom Renovation
We recently had our bathroom completely renovated by Enkel and the team at North 5 Contracting, and the results exceeded all our expectations. This was a full gut job, and from start to finish, the process was seamless. The team expanded the bathroom and completed some additional work in the kitchen and 3rd bedroom. Enkel's professionalism and attention to detail were evident from the initial consultation. He listened carefully and provided valuable suggestions. The team worked efficiently, and minimized disruption to the rest of the house. The craftsmanship is truly exceptional. Every tile is perfectly aligned, the fixtures are installed flawlessly, and the custom details make the space much more functional. Enkel kept us updated throughout the project, ensuring there were no surprises. If you're considering a renovation, I highly recommend North 5 Contracting. Enkel and his team transformed our dated bathroom. Professional, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend and work with Enkel and team again.
