    basement renovation after flood

    We were affected by the flooding in Burlington this summer and needed a basement renovation. We contacted North 5 Contracting as we had used them previously for a bathroom renovation. Enkel came to our house within a day of our call to give a quote. The quote was very fair, and the timeline was reasonable. The project was started on the scheduled day, and was completely finished one week ahead of schedule. The final cost was what was quoted. They were very conscious of keeping our home clean. We always got a text to say when the different trades were arriving, carpentry, plumbing, subfloor/flooring, drywall/mudding/ceiling scraping, priming/painting, trim, etc. The final outcome is fantastic! Better than we had anticipated. We would recommend Enkel and North 5 Contracting for any renovations you are considering.

    The quality of their work is outstanding

    The team at North 5 contracting was professional and punctual. They completed our bathroom renovation on time and within budget. The quality of their work is outstanding. Highly recommend!

    The process went smoothly

    If you have an outdated bathroom, then North 5 Contracting is the company to call. I loved what they did to our condo's bathroom and the process went smoothly. They worked well within the agreed upon budget and provided high quality materials to be used in the build. The remodelling work was professionally done and I have no complaints once the work was completed.

    I'd rate them five stars for everything

    Renovating our bathroom with north 5 contracting was a delightful experience, That's exactly what happened to us when we hired North 5 Contractinf, for our planned bathroom renovation. I'd rate them five stars for everything - communication, quality of service, worksmanship, materials used, cost. Everything was as it should be and I am one very satisfied customer.

    Everything followed smoothly

    From the initial consultation to the final touches of our bathroom renovation journey, North 5 contracting, gave us a very pleasant experience. The design that we approved was creatively done, and everything else that followed flowerd smoothly and without delay. I was given regular updates by the contractor and when the job was done I was very satisfied by what I saw. Say what you want but our bathroom really elevated the value of our condo unit and anyone would be glad to have it as a part of their home.

    What they did was even better than I had imagined

    This is a very trustworthy company. I know what I want with how our bathroom would look like but I am now familiar with construction. North 5 contracting took over the reins but they gave me updates each time that it is required. While working with them. I gained a lot of technical knowledge and I was able to clear up some concerns easily because their staff was always eager to share some important insights about bathroom design. What they did was even better than I had imagined. Now I wish I could redo my entire condo and hire them for the job!

    Kitchen &Bath Reno

    Our kitchen had an awkward full bath attached to it, making it very cramped, so we decided to convert the bath to a powder room instead to create space. It's our first time doing a big renovation and we were naturally nervous and excited. After checking various reviews on Homestars and asking for consult from different contractors we decided to go with North 5. From the first meeting, Enkel was great. He was professional and patient with our questions. Before we hired him, he created an estimate that properly itemized all the tasks at hand and how much it would cost. The transparency was reassuring. He didnt promise anything grand, only that he would treat our reno like it was for his own house. From beginning to end, we felt we were in great hands. He and his team were efficient and hardworking. We will definitely work with him again for future projects. Thanks Enkel!

    High quality work

    We wanted to expand our bathroom by a couple of square meters. We called on North 5 contracting for this job. They gave us a detailed design and an estimate. Even the materials list was provided. It took them roughly 3-5 weeks to do the actual construction work, and they provided me with daily updates. There were no significant delays and I can see the high quality of their work.

    Everything was handled to perfection

    Want to express my satisfaction and gratitude to North 5 contracting for their recently concluded project with us. We hired this company for our bathroom renovation and everything was handled professionally. They were very attentive to detail and provided us with the best approach for our intended makeover. I love how our bathroom turned out as everything from the tiles to the placement of fixtures was exact to specifications. They also never went over budget and never failed to provide us with updates. Everything was handled to perfection and I have nothing but nice things to say about North 5 Contracting team. They certainly have everything handled and you won't regret handing over your renovation or makeover projects to them.
