I hired Kevin and KPRO Painting to paint my exterior windows, backyard pavilion and front pillars on July 18th and 19th. Immediately after the job was done, there were several touch ups that were needed. Despite my better judgement, I decided to pay him in full since Kevin promised to come back to fix those touch ups. Within a week, the paint started to bubble, peel and and chip off. It has been 4 MONTHS of me trying to get him to come back to fix the job but with no luck at all. In addition, the paint on the front pillars have also started to chip off. It's been nothing but excuses after excuses and empty promises...if he even responds at all. At first, he claimed that it was too hot to fix the windows and now t's too cold. Instead of just coming back to fix the problem, he's been avoiding me for 4 months and now trying to delay until the next Spring. The work is terrible and the service has been even worse. I was very patient but it's become clear that Kevin has no plans in taking accountability of the work and making it right. He had more than enough time to come back and fix the job. After being fed up, I asked for a refund but of course, he refused. Now I am left with a terrible exterior paint job and I'll have to find someone else to fix it at my own expense.
For those considering Kevin and KPRO Painting, please find someone else! Once he has your money, he WILL NOT come back if anything goes wrong. The verbal warranty that he provides is absolutely meaningless. And based on other reviews, it looks like he has walked away from jobs in the past as well. Do yourself a favor and find another more reputable painter.
