Backyard Patio
We were looking to redo part of our backyard to replace a rotting deck and bar area. Mike, Daniel and the rest of team were extremely helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. They answered questions, were transparent in how they calculated cost, provided valuable suggestions based on my preferences and budget, were very friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves on the job. Top notch service! The end result looks great and we've gotten many compliments on our now functional backyard patio. We had a drainage issue a few days after the completion of the project with extreme rainfall and they were quick to respond. They showed up the same day to assess the situation, and within a couple days to fix the problem. The issue has not returned since and they have checked periodically - particularly with the rainy summer we've had.

Outstanding Stone Walkway
Overall: Outstanding at all stages, highly recommended Website: Clean, informative, easy to navigate. Transparent up-front estimates based on sq ft of job with example images Sales: James was excellent overall. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and made great aesthetic as well as practical suggestions, all of which we were happy to act upon. Showroom: Toemar (in Mississauga), very helpful. Reviewed what our stone would look like new as well as worn, happy with both appearances Administrative: Proposal sent with images via James including revisions after suggestions and showroom viewing. Contract sent which was clear and accurate Timeframe: Installation occurred 2 weeks within signing and paying deposit, excavation occurred on a single day with installation exactly 1 week later Installation: Smooth, professional, efficient. Excavation team showed up at 8 am of day 1, finished around 12:30 pm. Dedicated clean-up crew came and removed all debris. Stone dropped off 3 days before installation. Installation crew showed up at 8am on day 2 and finished around 1 pm. Dedicated clean up crew came at 5 pm. Daniel managed the project and did an excellent job. Appearance: Every stone cut was well done. Alignment was perfect. Steps are even with no evidence of tilt or rotation. The dark border with lighter internal stones was suggested by James which we absolutely love. Price: Excellent value. This was lower than our expected price and lower than what neighbours thought we had paid.

Backyard Patio
Enviro-loc installed a backyard patio for us. We are very happy with their workmanship and the patio looks great. All the employees we dealt with were very professional and courteous. Mike provided us with a very professional and detailed quote and was very easy to deal with. They were accurate with their time-lines on the installation date and the length of time it took for them to do the install. The crews were excellent and did a great job cleaning up at the end of each day. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an interlocking company.

Exceptional Experience and Results with Enviro-Loc
Enviro-Loc did an INCREDIBLE job on our new pool deck installation we are truly blown away with how good it looks! From the initial design concept to the final touches, the Enviro-Loc team exceeded expectations in transforming our large, unusable old pool deck and surrounding area to a beautifully landscaped haven. Throughout the project, Mike went above and beyond as our key contact, quickly answering all of our questions, providing a comprehensive design and plan, and managing project timelines. Mike also provided invaluable support in helping us select the perfect pavers and stones within our budget, making what could have been a daunting task easy with his expertise. During the install, both the demolition crew and interlock team also demonstrated exceptional efficiency and attention to detail. They were meticulous in ensuring all sloping was perfect, which was critical given the dimensions and position of our backyard. There were many challenging cuts and design elements that the interlock crew executed flawlessly. We were so impressed with their level of expertise. Everyone working on our site took extra care in ensuring the work area was kept tidy which we also greatly appreciated. Enviro-Loc also ensured that all remaining material and waste was quickly collected once the job was complete. Of special note, we had an unforeseen issue arise after the pool company removed our old coping that would have impacted the new paver install. We were in panic after seeing this and called Enviro-Loc immediately to discuss options. Within hours, Enviro-Loc was able to find a specialized contractor to fix the issue without impacting any project timelines. The open communication and quick resolve is a great example of the amazing customer service offered. Overall, we are very happy with our decision to hire Enviro-Loc for our backyard renovation. Three things come to mind when we think of our experience unparalleled customer service, detailed planning, and a professional and experienced crew!

Highly recommended!
Mike was fantastic from the beginning in helping us with our initial idea to what we ended up doing. He suggested options that made sense without interfering with our choices or circumventing our need to what he wanted to do or what was easier for Enviro to do. Many follow-ups and Mike was always there to respond or jump on a quick call to explain and give a visual which helped with some of our choices. The construction phase was also smooth and like clock-work with Daniel, Joe and crew and then Jamil and crew. They worked efficiently and also kept cleaning up as they progressed. Our neighbours complemented how sidewalks were kept clean so kids could walk during school bus schedules. We had some follow up questions after and Daniel was ready to address them. Thank you! Highly recommended!
