    Repair to leaky roof

    Late Wednesday night there was a very heavy rainfall. The loud thumping of water drops on the attic trapdoor was upsetting. Yesterday (Thursday) I reached out to MCBM, which I found on HomeStars, and explained that I needed help urgently. This morning (Friday) Marcelo came by and showed him where the leak was. He explained that this is a common problem with roofs that are as old as mine and explained what he was going to do in terms of fixing it. Marcelo got right to work and in less than an hour, he was done. I am very happy with the service received, and I can't say enough about Marcelo who was very pleasant and informative.

    Roofing Repair, New Eavestrough, Siding

    I hired MCBM Roofing to fix some missing shingles, new eavestroughs, new siding on my bay window and new flashing where needed. I found them on google and the reviews were excellent, so I decided to hire them and Im so glad I did. Marcelo came right away and provided an estimate which was very reasonable in price. He and his crew were amazing and on-time and so professional. They kept my lawn and driveway so clean as they worked and made sure everything was perfect. Marcelo even offered to put up our Christmas lights as a nice gesture which we were so thankful for. If you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy company look no further. They are amazing!!! Thank you Marcelo & Crew!!!!

    New Roof, Eaves, Soffit & Fascia

    Marcelo and team were nothing but fantastic! His quote came in extremely competitive and the HomeStars reviews made us comfortable moving ahead with him. Marcelo was always patient with our questions and requests and kept us informed the whole way through. The team was friendly, accommodating and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. They even did some custom work at a very reasonable price to dress up our unsightly attic vents in the peaks of the roof (you can see it in the pictures). We couldn't be happier with the job MCBM did for us.

    Eavestrough repairs and Roof inspection

    It was a pleasure to deal with Marcelo and his team. Even though it was a small job, they were able to fit us in. We did have to wait a few weeks, as of course in the fall everyone is getting work done preparing for winter. They were reliable, clean, and priced well.

    Heat trace lines & down spouts

    This was my second time using MCBM and It was a great experience and on budget I would highly recommended Marcelo and his crews. Thanks again for a great job.

    Cleaned Gutters

    I had issues with my gutters which needed some repairing and cleaning. I called MCBM and spoke with Marcelo who was friendly and we discussed about my issues and concerns. He thanked me for calling him out of all the rest of the trades on HomeStars. He said he will get it fixed and not to worry as i was in good hands with MCBM. He was absolutely RIGHT ! The guys who came to my place were friendly and professional --- satisfied customer here ! Thanks Marcelo for a fast pleasant no hassle customer experience. Kudos to your team and will call you again and will def recommend you to all my other friends.

    Eavestrough system replacement

    MCBM just completed replacing the eavestroughs on my home and some aluminum siding work. Marcelo personally reviewed the work to be done with me and gave me time to think and consider my options. The team he sent to do the work was organized, experienced and efficient. They were friendly and cleaned up after the work. Marcelo stayed in touch with me and his crew throughout the day to ensure clear communication. I would definitely recommend MCBM for your roofing needs.

    Gable flashing and siding

    MCBM roofing services did a fantastic job. The MDF on our gable was ugly, stained and peeling. They recommend a combination of aluminum flashing and heavy duty vinyl siding to match our new garage door. Their staff are knowledgeable and care about their work. I quoted from multiple other high-rated roofing companies from Homestar and the prices they quoted me were almost double. The workers who came out were very professional, happy to answer questions and made sure we were happy before they cleaned up every scrap and nail. Marcelo, the owner, even stopped by to check the work and make sure we were happy. Would 100% recommend MCBM contracting!

    Reroof Sofit Fachia Downspots

    Marcelo and his crew were great, help me through the process of deciding color and giving us a timeline that we could live with. The guys showed up on time and worked all day to finish roof. They cleanup and took all the scrap and garbage with them. I was very pleased with there work and would recommend them to anyone.

    Downspout repair.

    Marcelo was very polite and professional. He responded super quickly and did a great job fixing the downspout. Even provided pictures of work completed. Will definitely use his services again. Highly recommended.
