    Downspout Replacement

    One of my downspouts was disconnected and damaged, and needed to be replaced. I called MCBM Roofing and spoke to Marcelo. Not only did he provide an estimate over the phone, he also came to my house the SAME DAY to confirm what work needed to be done. Marcelo used a colour swatch to ensure that the new downspout was the same colour as the old one. Marcelo returned a few hours later with the new downspout and installed it. It took no more than 4 hours from my first phone call with Marcelo to the moment the downspout was fully replaced. Marcelo was professional, courteous, and customer-focused. I would hire MCBM Roofing again in the future.

    Eavestrough, Soffit, Fascia, Leafgurard

    Marcelo and his team did an an amazing job on our home and worked quickly, professionally and cleaned up up after each work day. Very satisfied with their work and they were very easy to communicate and negotiate with. Highly recommend this company.

    installation of damaged eavestroughs

    My eavestroughs were damaged in two parts and I had called to get quotes from other companies. It took one company over 2 weeks and after reminding them, I got someone to come and look. They didn't seem interested at all. I called Marcelo this week and he came the next day to check my damaged eavestroughs. He is an honest and very kind individual. He explained everything and gave me a written quote to review. His workers came the same day were very professional. They cleaned up the entire area like there were never there. He called me before his workers left to see if I have any concerns. If you're looking for quality, efficiency and a trustworthy company, I highly recommend MCBM Roofing and Contracting. We are extremely happy with the service that was provided.

    Sided over old wood that was leaking for on the bay window

    Amazing customer service. Called for quote on a Tuesday, came two hours latter to give a quote and came the following day to fix. Very friendly, professional , and great quality workmanship. I would highly recommend. Very happy with the work.

    Eavestrough, Soffit and Fascia Replacement

    I initially requested estimates from 3 roofing companies. Marcelo was the only one that made the effort to come to my home, introduced himself and his company and provided me a written estimate after taking measurements. The other companies sent me an estimate via email using Google maps. They could not be bothered to come to my home to give me a formal estimate. That is just one of the little details made me so happy that I hired MCBM to do the job. Marcelos crew were very professional and highly skilled in their trade paying particular attention to detail. They were courteous and answered any questions or concerns I had. At the end of the day, they left the work site clean and tidy. What a positive, refreshing experience this was. When they say on their website we are not your average roofing company, they really mean it. I would highly recommend Marcelo and his crew!

    Roof repair

    I found MCBM roofing through a friend and had them install some roofing vents. They did a fantastic job were very good woth communication on when they would come and were punctual. Did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up every little scrap of garbage. Fair price and the job was top notch!

    Repairing Evestrough

    The evestrough was damaged through wear and tear Marcelo gave me an estimate the day after I contacted him and offered several options. His very kind and competent staff came 2 days later. The were prompt polite and efficient. What more could I ask?

    bay window siding aluminum repair

    MCBM Roofing exceeded expectations. Theyre a different kind of service provider than almost any other I see nowadays they put the customer first. Marcelo took the time to walk me through the process, addressed my many questions, and entertained my suggestions, sharing his expertise as I appreciate. The process was exceptional.
