    Best Roof In "Gates of Maple"

    Bought my home new in 1983 from Townwood Homes in the Gates of Maple. We changed the roofing shingles 1997, 14 yrs after original home purchase. Today, 25 yrs later, we have had MCBM, complete a full removal and install of 30 yr shingles in Charcoal Grey that is "stunning" to the eye contrasting against the reddish brick and light mortar! Owner and his team went far and above any contractor I have used in the past on various home reno/improvement projects. Leading the team of professionally trained installers, they completed the task in one day and insured, late into the evening that the surrounding property was clear of all debris and, most importantly, old nails! When I reviewed the three RFQs I posted for the project, there was little room between the competitors and inasmuch as we're all faced with these trying times, we all need to be frugal with our purchases. When I posed a need to tighten the budget, MCBM stepped up and met my desired number. This team performed most admirably, completed the project as stated, provided professional customer service and, if it's time for your roof, the FIRST line of defense on your home to be renewed, I will highly recommend MCBM Roofing Services.

    Successfully Replaced Downspouts

    Marcelo is a 10/10! I was impressed with his HomeStars rating and his website. Even more with his work. He had to be tenacious to source our downspouts (rare color). Once they were in stock, he and his team installed them quickly and effectively. Thank you Marcelo.

    Roof repair

    I called Marcelo and explained my roof issue. He fit me in for some needed repairs. His crew are very friendly and explain step by step what they found. The repair are excellent and was done a a timely manner. They show you a before and after. This is second time I needed a roof repair on another part of my roof and I know I can count on MCBM roofing. I highly recommend.

    Roof repair

    Marcelo and crew responded quickly when I needed someone to replace some wind damaged shingles. He was very accommodating with my schedule and the work was performed quickly and well. He also gave me an honest opinion on the roof condition, which I appreciated. I will not hesitate to call on him again when other repairs are needed or when we need to re-roof.

    Fascia roof repair

    I had messeged MCBM Roofig Services on Saturday for a quote and receieved a call back from Marcello the very next morning. Marcello was very professional in assessing the repair and gave me a estimate over the phone and said he would come the next day to confirm.
