    Aluminum Capping Project - Highly Recommend!

    With this year's nesting season, we had some squirrels that chipped away some of our old wood sidings around the house. We tried some DIY solution ourselves but decided that we need a professional to come fix our siding for good. We are blessed to have found Marcelo and his team at MCBM via Google. We have been extremely pleased with their service, professionalism, timeliness and the end result. We have other outdoor projects for them and won't hesitate at all to recommend them to our friends, families and anyone reading this because of their fair competitive pricing in the GTA, the quality and the overall experience.

    Replaced flashing over a bow window and the garage

    MCBM Roofing was able to explain the cause of the bow window leak. Fortunately for us , Marcelo was able to replace the improperly installed flashing immediately. The new flashing looks great. Will definitely have MCBM do further work for us. Highly recommend this company.

    Roof shingles repair

    Excellent. Contacted me quickly, scheduled day/time to come in compliance with me, showed up on time, went up on the roof and reviewed problem and clearly explained and showed picture to me. it was fixed and displayed to verify. Also, he analyzed the roof shingles as a whole confirming the entire roof would not require replacement for another 5 years.

    Roof Repair

    I worked directly with Marcelo who is the owner. Marcelo is a professional and a pleasure to work with. He was responsive by text and phone. He clearly explained my roofing issue, options and recommendations with reasons behind everything. When the job was complete, he shared pictures and the steps he took to complete the repair.     Marcelo went out of his way to provide service

    I'm very glad and satisfied that I chose MCBM to fix my roof. He was even very courteous and accommodating to my neighbor who had a sleeping child. He didn't have the necessary equipment for the job. Since it was going to rain the next day, he went and got the equipment and finished my job. He was done within 40 minutes. He even showed me pictures of my roof before he started the job and sent me the after pics. I'm very happy with Marcelo's service and I would highly recommend MCBM roofing to anyone. Marcelo does world-class work. Thank you, Marcelo.

    Roof leak

    We noticed water slowly dripping through the window casement of our north facing bedroom. We called Marcelo and he came the next day. After looking in the attic he stated that we don’t have enough air flow between the under part of the roof and attic insulation which is causing condensation to form. He installed a solar powered roof vent/fan unit. Dripping has stopped. Thanks Marcelo!
