Needed to replace eavtroughs as old ones were leaking. Marcelo reached out right away. He was so professional and stood out from the other contractors on Homestars. I was impressed with the reviews so we went with MCBM. From the initial consult it was clear that Marcelo was a classy and respectful and dedicated to great work at a fair price. He made some really nice recommendations on how the new set up should be. The quality of the job far exceeded our expectations! The new eavstrough and downspouts make the house look great. With an excellent review from a neighbour who had hired MCBM Roofing Services, i hired MCBM to remove the old shingles and reshingle my two car garage. The crew arrived on time as promised, went to work, and cleaned up afterwards. The roof looks great and not a single roofing nail has been found since unlike other work performed in the past by others. I am so lucky to have randomly found Marcello. I read the great reviews about his services but my interaction with him was even more positive than what I read. He is very trustworthy and has very good work ethics. He is not only knowledgeable, but is also very caring about the quality of his work. After calling him about the Aluminum custom capping, he came promptly and got the job done right away. He also cleared out the gutters and gave advice on our roof. They were great! I called and Marcelo was already in the area and came quick to see the house! He saw that it needed quick repair because of the leaks, and acted on it! He came back couple days later with his men and began to work and repaired my entire roof! Very warm, family oriented and wears his heart on his sleeve, and gets the job done! The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, including prep and clean up. Love the end result :) Also, we found it extremely convenient that the entire project (roof and eaves throughs) was coordinated by one person. The company owner, Marcello, is a pleasure to deal with, while remaining professional and to the point. He clearly takes pride in his company, and focuses on customer satisfaction.
