Quick response times, transparent pricing, and efficient and professional communication and service. We had an ARC fault alert on our microwave circuit breaker that Hakim troubleshooted on site with helpful information for the future. An excellent experience overall.

Mr. Craig expeditiously completed an extensive check of our wiring and located and remedied the source of the failure of numerous electrical outlets in our home. He also completed another job which we did not initially specify - the replacement of a ceiling light fixture in our basement. This work was done perfectly by an extraordinary electrician for a very reasonable price. We could not recommend him more highly. An outstanding experience.

Craig from AC Toronto Electric was very prompt in getting back to me, explaining his fees and scheduling for a convenient time. I had a number of issues to trouble-shoot, including a bathroom extractor fan not working, two bathroom heated floors not working and a bedroom ceiling fan/light which had stopped working. Craig worked through each of the issues to diagnose, explain and fix where needed. For the heated floors he even went out and purchased the required parts (after getting my approval for the cost of the parts) and came back shortly after to install so everything could be completed same day. Everything works perfectly now and I would not hesitate to use Craig and AC Toronto Electric again. I would not hesitate to use AC Toronto Electric again. Highly recommend.

Craig is responsive, reliable, and resolved my issue within a week, including a shop repair. Very happy with his service and decision to repair the motor vs buying a new fan. Would hire again!
