I-Care Appliance came very well prepared with various options and parts to fix my LG oven that was not heating. This was crucial because it saved me the price of someone coming just to do a diagnostic and then returning with parts to fix the problem. The work was done efficiently and my stove is working again. I highly recommend this company, and if you them call ask for Stan. He is extremely knowledgeable about appliances, and, as he did with me, can save you money by getting parts for "after-market" prices.

Oven was not heating. Put request in thru Homestars and Stan called promptly. Made appointment and tech arrived during the advised window and completed repair in pretty short order.

I have used I Care Appliance Repair. Excellent service! Repair was done in a timely manner. Our technician Zach was very knowledgeable, courteous, and on time. Came twice, because of parts ordering. Due to Covid supply chain issue, one part was not readily available, but the company was able to locate it. The repair was quick. The company had followed up with a phone call to ensure we are happy with the repair. Would definitely use their service again.

Rice cooker fell from a cupboard above the range, cracking the touch screen controls. The front control panel and touchscreen glass had to be replaced as a modular part. Works well now and was installed well!

This is a new condo. But we found the refrigerator drain at inside doesn’t work properly.

Repairman was polite, quick and efficient. Diagnosis took 5 minutes and repair was done in les than 30 minutes. Scheduling was flexible and person on the phone was pleasant and polite.

Icare Appliance Repair was the third contractor assigned by Whirlpool to fix my new Whirlpool refrigerator. The first two companies had come to my house 4 times but still couldn't get the work done. The freezer door has a big gap between the gasket and the metal frame which leaks cold air from the freezer causing heavy frost buildup. The technician sent by the first company used a hair dryer to blow the gasket which temporarily "fixed" the issue. A few hours after he left, the gasket shrank leaving the same gap. The technician from the second company replaced the gasket but a few days later, the gap came back. Zach was the technician sent by Icare. I explained the situation and my experience with the two previous contractors to him. Zach was very polite and listened to me very patiently. He did a close check and found that it wasn't the gasket issue. It was the freezer door panel that's not installed properly causing the big gap at the top. He adjusted door panel and the gap became small immediately. But due to the gasket's long exposure to the cold air, the rubber lost its cushioning, so the gap was still visible. Zach came back a few days later with the new gasket that he ordered, replaced it, adjusted the door panel again. All the work was done within 10 mins. Finally, my refrigerator was completely fixed with a seamless seal between the gasket and the frame after having the problem for 5 months. I highly recommend Icare Appliance Repair. It was easy to communicate with the company by phone to set up the appointment. Their technicians know how to do their job professionally. You can trust them!
