    Repaired at low cost when others quotes stupid amounts

    Had a dryer that wasn't drying clothes. Called a local repair service who came out charged a high service call only to advise swapping out the motherboard (at ridiculous cost). Their pitch was that they would credit the very high cost of the service charge against the invoice when the motherboard was replaced. I call i-care, they came in and identified a relatively simple issue and did a dryer cleaning - all at lower cost than the "other guys" original "inspection". Would strongly recommend iCare - they have my trust and will be my default appliance repair team.

    Dryer repair

    Highly recommend iCare appliance repair. I got a call right away from a professional who helped identify the problem and arranged for a repair person. The repair person arrived, again very professional, diagnosed the issue and already acquired the part based on my initial conversation so the repair was done right away. Very pleased with the time it took to resolve the issue, the companys professionalism and the value/cost. Highly recommend.

    Incompetent Repair Folks

    Whirlpool washer would not spin clothes so were soaking wet after cycle. Requested service thru Whirlpool and they sent ICare Appliance Repair. Diagnosed problem as pump failure. Replace pump to $460.00 but still did not spin properly. Came back and replaced motor control module for $400 but I did not pay for that. Tech would not stay to verify proper operation. Still did not work. Contacted Whirlpool for refund or credit. ICare did not complete their reporting to Whirlpool so incompetent both technically and administratively. Best they would offer was 25% of next washer purchased. Very dissatisfied with both Whirlpool and ICare. Bought a new LG washer.

    Nice people

    Very respectful! I had previously called another company (ars) referred by LG and had a terrible experience. They then referred me to iCare and i definitely felt the difference! The technician they sent seemed to know what he was doing and told me my fridge is not repairable pretty quick whereas ars had to come in twice over the whole week and still didnt have an answer for me and needed to come a third time! Overall very satisfied and will contact icare foe future needs. Spoke to Bella initially and she was super sweet

    Great prompt reliable service

    Contacted Stan who promptly responded and arranged the repair of our fridge. Overall no fuss, very reliable and prompt. Nick the tech was courteous and completed the repair leaving the site nice and clean. Completed the repair as expected and in reasonable timeframe. Thank you.. would definitely recommend and use again if we ever have any appliance service needs.

    Best service experience in a long time

    Ali came to fix my dishwasher door. He went above and beyond. Excellent service and explained everything he needed to do. I will definitely use this company and ask for Ali.

    Excellent and professional service received from the company and service technician. Job was done neatly and correctly the first time. This review is greater than 30 days after the service call. The appliance has continued working as expected.

    I had a great experience with Ali. He was very knowledgeable and honest about my appliance and the required repair.     Fixed my washer/dryer

    In 2 visits they fixed the problem. I Would use them again because of how well everything was communicated at each step. The follow up call is a nice touch.
