    Repaired washing machine that was making a grinding noise

    I booked an appointment through LG and was sent someone from iCare, the job was completed and the repairman was very pleasant. A very good experience overall.

    LG washer

    Good service and fast resolve the problem. Even they dont have the part right away. Come on time. And the technician was so nice very professional.

    LG fridge

    4 year old fridge stopped working LG sent ICare their serviceman Nick was outstanding. He had to replace the compressor which was under warranty just had to pay the flat rate LG informed me of

    Professional Service

    Tech was courteous and very professional. You could tell he new what he was doing. Had our refrigerator humming in about an hour.

    Electric Range Service

    This is the first time that this company came to check and repair my Electric Range applicance. That's why I can't give 5 stars yet. However, the person who came for the repair was very professional extremly polite and made sure everything was clean before leaving the premise. I hope I will not have any issues with my appliances, but definitely I will ask them if I need to

    Great service

    Our washing machine broke and I Care came the next day and fixed it in just under 1 hour. The repair person was experienced, professional and friendly Great company

    LG fridge freezer compressor fix

    We purchased an LG fridge in Sep 2018 and the freezer compressor broke already. We called LG service, they sent a technician a couple of days after. The gentleman explained what was broken and fixed it accordingly. He followed up with a call a week later for a check-in. We are happy with the service.

    Positive experience

    We needed a new door seal for our LG fridge. Called another service and was pushing numbers (press 1 for this, press 2 for that) for what seemed forever, then got cut off. So decided to Call I care; I was excited to reach a live person right away, no press 1 or 2. Service was explained to me and was given the price of the parts; so the appointment was made, Technician was on time, work was done quickly and efficiently. Satisfied with the job would call them again and definitely would recommend I Care.
