I had Eco Spray Insulation, apply closed-cell spray foam insulation to my external foundation walls in my basement. As I was so impressed with their initial service, I then had them apply open-cell spray foam insulation between the joists in my basement ceiling, and other selected areas, to act as a sound barrier.
In my first engagement with Eco Spray, I must have rescheduled our appointment, at least three or four times, and I found the Eco Spray team to be very patient and flexible with me. I worked with two different teams from Eco Spray, and I found both of those teams to be very patient with me on the day of application as both times I was delayed in completing the some final plumbing changes. On the day of application, Elton provided walk-throughs to his team so that they had proper instructions on what needed to be done. Elton also came by after the application was completed to ensure that the work was completed to the highest quality and in accordance with my expectations.
For the second engagement, Eltons team ensured that I got a brand new mix of Open-Cell spray foam from their supplier. The application of open-cell spray foam is more difficult as the foam expands at a faster rate and space than closed-cell. The work was completed over two days to ensure that it was not rushed.
The spray foam was applied generously for both my spray foam engagements. The team also cleaned up very well after the applications were completed.
The thing that I appreciated the most with the Eco Spray Insulation was that I had a new window installed after my spray foam insulation was done, and they agreed to provide me with some touchup spray foam services on a complementary basis to ensure that my entire basement was still fully insulated with spray foam; I fully appreciated that.
If I am lucky enough to buy another home in the future, I will be sure to use Eco Spray Insulation for all of my insulation needs both in the basement, in the main house, as well as in the attic.
