    New Garage Build

    The team at Permit Works was great to work with. They were helpful at every step of the way from when they first came to measure the garage through the design process to the helping us get the final permit. Eliza was great and responded quickly to our requests and helped explain the process. Would definitely use Permit Works again. The made the process easy! Thanks team

    AMAZING SERVICE

    Fast service, competitive prices

    We hired Permit Works to help us get occupancy and building permits for our new business. They detailed the costs and expected time frames for services, and it was pretty accurate. They reply very quickly and made this hassle free for us. We recommend this Company!

    Permit to finish Basement

    Thanks to Charnbumn from Permit Works, we came up with the perfect design for my unfinished basement which is huge. The whole process was smooth and Charnbumn was super responsive and patient with my questions and making changes on the design going through several rounds until I was 100% satisfied with the floor-plan and all the details. After that, Permit Works did all the paper work and follow-up with the City to obtain the permit and kept me up-to-date during that process. Overall, I am very happy with the quality and cost-efficiency of the service from Permit Works and highly recommend them.

    Attached deck building permit

    I got a city notice for my deck without a permit. The Permit Works help me draw diagram and apply for permit. They are very professional and help me out from worries. Finally I got the permit from the city. Thanks a lot.

    Permits for addition

    Kelvin saved us with his permits . We were were taken for a ride with some other contractor and Kelvin came to the rescue. Permit works was prompt and very professional . He came in did his drawing and within no time we recieved our approval ..amazed with this company . Overall great experience and would definitely use them again for any permit work ..

    Basement Permit

    Permit works helped me obtain the permit for my Basement renovation. Dealing with the city is cumbersome and time consuming process. I would suggest using there services to navigate this complex process. Kelvin, Eliza and Salik did a great job with the whole process. Keep up the good work.
