    An outstanding renovation experience

    When we look for companies to do any type of work on our home, we do a ton of research. We check all the usual online resources, read countless reviews, talk to friends, neighbours and seek recommnedations from other contractors. Yet even after all the due diligence, once the work begins we often feel a lingering apprehension about how the job is being managed, and just hope that things will turn out as promised. None of that was the case with Michael and Level Up. Right from the point where we were soliciting quotes, they were the only company that offered to come out to see the site in person before quoting the job, and while doing that Michael offered excellent advice about how we should arrange things based on his experience no matter who we decided to hire. When we engaged Level Up, their designer came out to measure the space and she provided a 3D overview of the proposed layout for our review. She was open to any suggestions and changes we had, and turned around the changes on the drawings usually within a couple of hours at the most. Once we settled on our plan, Level Up provided a detailed timeline of the work and honestly, if it weren't for too many major snowstorms during our project, we could have set our watches to the schedule. The project management was outstanding, and things were done exactly as they were planned. The various crews that came in did professional, outstanding work—not once did Level Up send a "guy who does a bit of everything" to do any of the critical work. Even better, Michael was always quick to respond to questions as we went along and always made sure we were up to speed on the status of the work. We couldn't be happier with our decision to choose Level Up and we will absolutely be recommending them to everyone.

    Basement and Master Bathroom Construction

    Level Up completed finishing our basement and remodeling of our master bathroom. Our budget was tight so we were provided a few options that saved us money by doing both areas at the same time and sourcing items ourself. From the design, material selection to construction start-up everything was smooth and schedules were kept to. Michael, the PM, was transparent about the contractual obligations which made us comfortable to move forward with Level Up. The trades were all great workers and ensured the work was done right as issues arised. Michael was always responsive and ensured materials were ready for the trades. We were very happy with the final product and finishing touches countinued to happen to Level Up's expectations and our satisfaction. With some of the horror stories out there, Level Up is one of the honest contractors. Will be recommending them to all m friends and family.

    Basement Renovation

    Michael and his crew did an amazing job on my basement from beginning to end! He made sure to provide me with a detailed quote. They had a designer to help me with my layout and a showroom for me to select my finishes. They finished my 600sqft basement with a rec room, bedroom, laundry and walk-in closet. They completed it on time and took great care of my home while they were doing it and they made sure that the space was cleaned after they finished their work. The options that they provided me with for my finishes were beautiful and all included in the package. The workmanship on the tile was perfect, and I'm very picky with tiling work because it is so frequently done poorly. I can gladly give it my seal of approval. Michael made sure that my questions were always answered and that the finished product would look beautiful and would be something that he would be proud to put his name on. Even after the completion, he has always made his crew available to fix anything that has arisen after the house settled. I have already referred him to several of my friends. Go with Level Up, you won't be disappointed!

    Full Basement Renovation and Upstairs Bathroom

    From beginning to end, working with Michael has been a pleasure. He is a true professional and so are members of his team. Michael is highly responsive and reliable and throughout the process he demonstrated to us his experience and knowledge. We are extremely happy with the result and we're super satisfied with our new space and can't wait to share it with the rest of the family. It's a great space to unwind and watch movies, play or workout. We are super happy! It's a dream come true. Thank you Level Up!

    Basement renovation

    Beautiful job. Finished on-time and on budget in spite of foundation work beyond scope of original job. Love our new space and would happily recommend Michael and his team to others.

    This is just the beginning!!!!

    Michael and his team are one of a kind! Level Up was a referral from a friend that DID NOT disappoint. From day 1 - the level of professionalism and follow-through was exceptional. Michael skillfully took our vision and made it a reality. The contractors were prompt and completed our basement renovations within the project timelines. Michael was accessible and visible during the entire project. We are looking forward to working with Michael and his team again to renovate our kitchen and washrooms.

    Basement Completion

    This company gave us the basement we wanted. Everyone who comes by is super impressed! The initial quote was quick and clear, very detailed. Communication was great and any issues we had were resolved. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend using Level Up Basement Group. Mike is super friendly and ran the project well.

    Highly Recommend - great team, professional job

    Great experience working with Mike and his team. Right from the start, they were professional, timely, highly communicative. Questions were answered promptly, and working with Mike and his designer really helped plan and design the basement. Work started on time, his team was friendly and produced high quality work. Mike did a great job being project manager, keeping people in the loop and ensuring quality was high. Overall the experience was great and we are very happy with the results. Highly recommend. I would use them again.

    Great quality work

    Michael and his team did an outstanding renovation on our basement. When we first met Michael he explained exactly what we were to expect and the full extent of the work. He followed through as expected and we are very pleased with the outcome. He provided us with a schedule of what to expect. All the work was completed by professional, qualified individuals. We are very satisfied with the standard and workmanship performed by his team!
