We had a room in the house spontaneously lose power (not a tripped breaker) and Gianfranco was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it. In our case it was a socket that had a broken wire inside. Socket was replaced and room is back to normal. Very happy with the service and would use him again.

The handy man showed up on time with all his tools and proceeded right away to the task at hand . Hanging a heavy mirror in the front entrance . Everything was done in an efficient and competent manner . Very cooperative and comfortable to work with . Did other repairs that were needed on the fly too .

Very professional, followed up on the day of our scheduled apt which I appreciated! Worked quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant to deal with!

Gianfranco mounted 2 large TV's for me, including electrical work and fishing HDMI wires. He is very professional, courteous and did an excellent job. I've hired him to come back to do another job at my home, and will refer him to my friends. I highly recommend his services!

The Handyman Services did a great job removing my old vanity and installing a new floating vanity in my bathroom. He was friendly helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him for any home services you may need.

I requested Gianfranco to install a dryer vent in my garage. He came in good time because I agreed to pay $250 for 30 mins work. He drilled the holes, installed the vent outlet and caulked it but left a mess, didn't connect the hose from the vent to the dryer and requested full payment claiming that the reason he couldn't finish was because I was missing materials. I went to the site the next day, used the materials that were there and finished the job I paid him to do. I was too angry to speak to him so I asked my agent to do so and he agreed to finish the job for an extra $100. Needless to say we did not take him up on this offer.

I needed a new sink installed and a leak fixed. Gianfranco was responsive, did a great job, and was very quick!

Gianfranco came on time, worked all day and completed all of the items we agreed upon in advance diligently, at cost and in a friendly manner.
