I recently hired Watermark Plumbing Inc. to replace our bathroom sink faucet and shut off valves. The process started with excellent customer servicethey were friendly, responsive, and provided a clear, detailed quote upfront with no surprises. The plumber arrived on time, was courteous, and worked efficiently to complete the installation. They ensured everything was properly sealed and tested the faucet to confirm there were no leaks. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Im very impressed with their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would definitely use their services again!

I had a small job that I thought I could do myself but I could not get the access point open. Watermark answered emails at no cost giving me advice how to do it but when it didn't work, they gave me a good price so I booked an appointment . When Jeremy came he not only did the job but showed me how to do it in the future. All of my interactions with Watermark staff have been excellent as has the work.

We've had Watermark work on a few projects, Geoff and his team are always helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and do a great job. Highly recommended!

This is the second time I have called Watermark for plumbing services. Services is friendly and efficient, the plumber explained the problem and the repair. Showed up within the agreed timeslot, with a heads-up before arrival, and cleaned up completely before leaving. Such a pleasure to work with a company that I trust!

I had Watermark in to redirect some lines out of a half wall, run a line through my floor for a fridge water outlet, and install a sink during a kitchen Reno. They did an amazing job and the plumber Bradley was friendly, quick, explained everything and made me feel like the job was in good hands. They also came in under the quote and charged me for the time and materials. I will definitely use them for any future projects and recommend you do the same!

The shower drain in our basement was leaking. The watermark crew replaced the drain and added a membrane to catch all the water and direct the water to the drain.

Jeremy and Glenn are knowledgeable, finished the job neatly and left the work area nice and clean, I got exactly what I wanted.

Glenn did an excellent job in replacing the bathroom sink plug. Since there was a lot of time left in the time slot, I asked him to tighten up a few faucets.
