1st experience After a successful contact with owner Geoff he arranged for Bradley to attend my residence. Bradley was neat, tight, friendly. Did all the required work quickly, quietly, and left absolutely no mess behind. Good group to work with.

I have an old house and stuff needs upkeep. Watermark have been out 3 times in the past few years, always on time, on point, on budget, and have made repairs simpler than I thought they'd be, avoiding bigger issued that would come to pass over time. So far they've repaired a couple of faucets, installed one, fixes a dishwasher line, replaced a toilet, cleared some seriously stuck drains, repaired an outdoor faucet, replaced blown pipe.

We had a problem with a cracked drain pipe and a clogged trap that made the kitchen sink unusable. The Watermark technician rebuilt the entire kitchen drainage system which had apparently been done incorrectly on installation. He also had time to replace a valve on a toilet that was refilling very slowly. Very friendly service. They kept in touch prior to the appointment and the work was done in a timely and efficient manner. Can't say enough good things about the company. Would definitely use them for any future needs. These guys and gals rock.

I hired Watermark to change a tub spout and shower head, and to recaulk around the bathtub, but it was poorly done. We contacted the owner, Geoff, and he sent someone to fix it the next day (leaky shower head and poor caulking). The work was done properly. I'm thankful that it has been resolved and have received a refund, but it was very inconvenient. I had originally given 0 stars, but given the resolution, I have increased it to 7 stars.

I have used Watermark Plumbing services 4 times so far. Great communication, transparent billing, knowledgeable staff. The work area is always left clean. Jeremy and Brad did work at our place and they were careful with our belongings. And more importantly and why I 100% trust this company and recommend it, on one occasion, we had an issue with a valve after some work was done, the owner Geoff sent one of his guys right away to come assess the problem and fixed it at no cost. That says a lot.

I highly recommend Watermark Plumbing. This is the second time we've used them, and both times they've been easy and professional to deal with, stating likely costs at the time of booking. Most recently, I called primarily for a leak in our toilet, and they came in and took care of that as well as a number of other secondary issues that we had been putting off for a while. The plumber was very polite and helpful. Watermark will be my go to if and when any future plumbing issues come up.

So happy with the work from Watermark Plumbing Services. We have an antique toilet system in our powder room, so extra parts had to be purchased. They came in, explained everything sourced and picked up the parts and repaired the leaking toilet. As well, they repaired the two other toilets in the house. I like the fact that they confirm when the repair person is en route, as well, they send a photo of the repair person (who was absolutely lovely). I was pleased with the result. Repairs are seldom (of ever) inexpensive, but their work comes with a one year guarantee, and I feel was completed in a very reasonable time with a very successful outcome. The admin with whom I was discussing the issues was knowledgeable and very responsive and friendly. I would definitely call them again should the need arise.

Watermark replaced a bathroom sink for me and did a great job. Punctual, courteous, efficient. I have used Watermark a few times now for various jobs and will continue to use them in the future. Highly recommended.

I knew of Watermark Plumbing from Geoff's posts in neighbourhood FB groups sharing DIY advice so that you can save money instead of calling a plumber, which sounds counter-intuitive at first but speaks highly to Geoff's character. We had some outdoor and indoor issues that I couldn't resolve on my own, and Geoff scheduled Brad to come less than 24 hours after I called. They were both very professional, efficient, and transparent, and offered good practical advice on preventative maintenance. They even sent a personalized thank-you note in the mail for choosing them! Watermark Plumbing will definitely be my first call if I am unfortunate enough to require plumbing services again and I'll be recommending them to friends and family.

Identified cause of sewer backup (clay pipes, root growth) and carried out the work to replace pipes. Work was done on time, in a tidy manner and for a good cost.
