Jeremy did a terrific job installing the faucets and toilet last Thursday. He was fast, professional, pleasant to deal with, and cleaned up so well youd never know hed been here!

They came out to solve one problem, but because they charge for 2hrs regardless, they tackle any additional projects you may have. And they asked the right questions in advance so that they had the right products on hand. I got three additional things fixed - including a shower and sink that havent drained properly for years. Other plumbing companies were unable to solve it. They were extremely professional, collaborative, punctual and we were very pleased with everything.

Totally recommend Watermark Plumbing Services Inc. We had a variety of plumbing issues that needed service: replace kitchen faucet, replace lavatory faucet, replace shower/bathtub hardware, and some new pipes. All were fixed with no problems, no hassles with friendly professional service.

We had a flood in the basement and were unsure of the source. The plumbers arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly. Repaired the broken pipe and educated us so that the disaster won't be repeated. They were knowledgeable, good communicators, fair in pricing, and expedient. They will be our go to plumbers moving forward.

Super responsive turnaround from the Watermark team for a broken shower knob that wouldn't turn off! We weren't a previous customer, but I follow the weekly informative posts of Watermark's Geoff Burke in my neighbourhood Facebook group, where he provides insightful knowledge and advice on managing your home's plumbing system. As soon as we were aware we had a problem, I knew I had to call Watermark to assist. They responded to my message within a couple of hours and scheduled a same day visit. The team was able to fix the problem in short order, and spent the remaining time with us reviewing some other plumbing concerns. The guys were incredibly thorough and helpful on all fronts, providing clear explanations where needed. Sarah, who fielded my call at the office, was so friendly and efficient with the inquiry and booking process. She also requested pictures of the broken components to help determine what parts might be needed, so that these could be procured up front when the team came to our house, rather than them having to leave to buy them and come back a second time. This shows me that they really know what they're doing to maximize efficiencies of service, and really care about providing a great experience for their customers. Thanks to the Watermark team my family can shower again! We'll definitely be following up with them for additional work.

We had an undetected blockage in our main drain and the plumber from Watermark took the time to diagnose this (despite tricky camera work). He then went on to successfully remove the blockage. Very helpful and professional!
