I think Watermark is so good that I recommended them to a friend, who used them and also thinks they are amazing. Highly recommend their services!! I first used Watermark Plumbing when another plumber broke the valve to my water intake coming into the house. Watermark set up the appointment with the city to turn off the water coming into the house so they could repair the valve. Everything went like clockwork!! The other plumber wanted me to set everything up with the city and then coordinate the visits. The next time, we had a toilet that wouldn't stop running - Watermark sent a plumber who had it fixed in no time. Finally, and the best, Watermark came to repair the primary shower because we were only getting lukewarm water out of the tap. The other plumber told me the part would be $600 alone never mind labour & then broke the valve. Watermark was able to find the part from the original supplier and determine that it was still covered under warranty. They repaired it right away and we are now back using that shower!! Geoff went above and beyond and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Finding a good, honest plumber can be luck of the draw. If you want a plumber who will arrive on time, keep their work to a minimum and leave the work area clean, this is the place!

A Watermark technician replaced a thermostatic mixing valve, which was sorely needed in our unit. He was quick and knowledgeable, and willing to perform other plumbing tasks needed on site.

The toilet valve has been malfunctioning and shower head was leaking. The guys that came in were efficient and courteous. They provided me with an overview of the general health of the piping systems, which I was not aware of before. I am now able to better budget and plan for future maintenance with the information they provided.

Showed up promptly and was pleasant to work with. Able to discuss and ensure I understand the scope of the work required. They were installing a hybrid tank which I understood was not the norm for them. Turned out great! Was able to get a few other odd ball things looked at during the same visit. Cost wise, not exactly the cheapest option out there but with their expertise you can feel assured that the plumbing services provided will be reliable for the long term. Cheers!

Watermark was great and I will definitely use them again and i will recommend them to my friends. It's huge to have someone professional and reliable that you can call. The office staff were very helpful in recommending that we have replacement faucets before our appointment (I would not have thought of that) and were very patient when a change on my end meant the process was delayed for 5 weeks. Cam the plumber who came was very professional and friendly and did a fantastic job. I will be using them again.

We were very impressed with recent work done in our kitchen by Watermark Plumbing, including the initial (detailed, comprehensive) assessment and various estimates provided to us by the first plumber who came to determine what repairs might be necessary. We were very fortunate that there were no huge surprises when the kitchen wall was opened up in our 100+ year-home, so our bill ended up being at the lower end of the estimate. Both plumbers who did the repairs were professional and friendly, and did a great job with clean-up. Highly Recommended!

These folks were clear communicators, established the problem through photos and conversation in advance, and came and solved our shower and bath pressure problem quickly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. They came and fixed the pipe below my sink. Fixed only what needed to be fixed and kept what they could salvage to make it work properly. Gentleman was professional and prompt. I will be keeping this company for all my plumbing needs.

Timely troubleshooting and installation. Sarah was instrumental in being an efficient point person. Clear and kind communicator, and true to her word. Excellent quality toilets available for choosing, took away all my legwork!
