The folks at Watermark Plumbing were great! They scheduled (a non emergency) visit quickly, they arrived when they said they would, got the job done in the time allotted.and they provided a quote prior managing my expectations and delivering on everything as promised.

Speedy replies, asked for precise details before coming out, very quick work and best price after reaching out to others companies for cost comparison! All round extremely happy with my service, I had an engineer call Brad who was prompt, extremely professional and quick! They aren't my condos regular plumber as I had seen super good reviews and wanted to try them. Before coming out I sent plenty of photos and a video of the issue so when they came onsite they knew exactly what to do and were in and out well under the 2 hour quoted time slot (he took even less than an hour!)

Hi, two toilets in my condo wouldn't stop running. Tried to get one company that had done work for me before to come and fix it. Delays, cancellations and finally they stopped responding at all. Contacted watermark and they were here when scheduled. They replaced an intake valve on both and now everything works fine. Work was done fast and well Very polite and friendly!

Had to replace an outdoor faucet. It was in a slightly inconvenient place, but the guy who came wouldn't stop talking about what a crazy job it was, like we were asking him to install some complicated irrigation system instead of fixing a leaky faucet. He left the shutoff valve broken. It cost $660.

Our basement sewer line was blocked and overflowing through the drain. Watermark did a camera inspection and found tree roots which had broken and blocked a section of the old clay sewer pipe. After providing a clear quote they came later in the week to excavate and replace the broken section. We decided to install a backflow preventer valve at the same time. There was clear communication throughout and the technicians were respectful and efficient. I particularly appreciated their willingness to comply with my request for everyone to wear N95 masks inside, as Ive had problems with other companies agreeing and then showing up in surgical masks - and frankly Im so tired of dealing with this issue.

Mark from Watermark Plumbing did such a great job on fixing the bathtub leak which required access to the drain pipes from a floor below. Not an easy task but everything was done super-efficiently and professionally, with proper explanations of what is being done. Perfect quality of services, perfect communication, and at the right price. Strongly recommended.

The process was very simple - call Geoff to see if they can address the work you want done & provide rough quotes, email them photos so they can take a closer look / validate quotes, and then simply schedule a time. Geoff & Sarah who manage the phone/emails were great at communicating the right details and clear information to help you make a decision. Ross (plumber) came to my condo on time and was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional as he replaced my brass kitchen drain setup (corroded P-trap and surrounding drain pipes) and my leaking toilet connector & compression shut off valve. In terms of cost, their hourly rates are in line with other plumbers in my area (downtown - which isn't the cheapest area) but they are honest with time/hours spent - therefore, the total cost was reasonable compared to market. When I had follow up inquiries, they handled it very professionally and kindly. It was clear to me they weren't just the "get paid and get out" kind of business. Quality work at a decent price with great service - not sure what else you'd want from a plumber. Thanks Geoff & team!
