We had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink and our dishwasher back up on a Sunday evening. I left messages for 4 different plumbing companies for a quote and appointment for repair and unclog. Watermark got back to me first thing Monday morning, booked an appointment for that afternoon and had everything fixed by 3pm -- all before I heard from any other company (I still haven't heard). Brad was the plumber, he was efficient, quick and knowledgeable. Super impressed with this service and would highly recommend.

First time working with Watermark and they did a fast and clean job. I asked questions about other plumbing around the house and Brad seemed very knowledgable. I was impressed and asked for them to quote on additional work. I would recommend them.

Cam and Michael were great. Informative, pleasant, responsive, and on time. I was really pleased with them and also with Sarah at the booking end of things.

We found some water stains on our ceiling under our bathroom. I regularly see helpful posts from Geoff on our neighbourhood Facebook page so gave them a call to fix this issue. Spoke with Sarah when I called who was very friendly and arranged for a plumber to come the next day. Ross was our plumber and he quickly assessed the issue, confirmed the source of the problem and immediately fixed it. He also provided some insights on some other matters which gave us great direction. Watermark Plumbing will be my first call again for anything plumbing related.

I had a fancy looking bottle drain trap that a designer convinced me to install. After 6 years of use, the pipes corroded and we had multiple leaks. When we tried to get a sense of issue before calling the plumber, the pipe snapped. Watermark arrived on time (great booking system), handled the issue, replaced the trap with on hand (and nice looking) product and fixed the issue without any damaged to other installed fixtures or drywall. Everything was handled within an hour and the payment system easy. Fantastic service, quality, speed and process.

Top notch service from the initial phone call with Sarah to resolution of the plumbing problem in our kitchen. Friendly, professional and timely service is what we want and what we got! Brad the plumber was fantastic. We will definitely use Watermark Plumbing services again. Highly recommended.

Excellent communication, updates on missing part on order, and quick and efficient replacement of the cartridge; the technician was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable, and respected all Covid protocols. The shower now works perfectly again. Very satisfied with Watermark and will use them again.

I was very happy with the work Watermark did at my house a few weeks ago now. From remote diagnosis to onsite replacement, the new hot water tank mixing valve has resolved the inconsistent hot water problem, and is performing as expected. And I can freely adjust it now if and when needed. Thanks again!

George and Eric was great; they took the time to clean out every bit of debris and sand in the sump pump and answer every questions I have.

This was the best experience, our 2nd floor window was leaking and we figured it was our third floor toilet. I follow Geoff on Social Media, as he has been teaching the community how "not to call a plumber". For this though, we did need a plumber. Ross showed up, on time, professional, extremely knowledgable and knew exactly what to do. He seems to be very experienced in working in older homes, his work was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend this company.
