Had a slight hiccup with figuring at first about which cameras would work best for my property - it’s a difficult property mainly issues with trees surrounding it, and extremely busy road (with vehicles). We chose this company since (unlike Rogers) they offered a monitored alarm system and were based in Markham. They also were capable of assessing our needs and offering a system that was well integrated with our existing one at a reasonable cost. There were some issues at first and they corrected these promptly. We are happy with our choice.Answer from pro:

I found Systems & Design Security Integrator on HomeStars after researching a few different security service providers, and Im so glad I came across Rohan and his team. After seven long years of poor service from another company, I wanted to work with a provider that not only delivered high-quality tech but also exceptional service. I have high standards, just like my own clients expect from me, and I wasnt disappointed. For my initial project, Sheldon arrived on time (actually, a bit early!), listened carefully to my needs and concerns, and got straight to work. He thoroughly checked and inspected all our systems, and by the end of the day, I wasnt hearing about problemsI was hearing about solutions. We are repeat customers and our second review with a rating of ten! Rhoan does a wonderful job in communicating with the customer and has a lot of patience. He came to our home to give us a detailed quote which was provided to us via email the same day. Within a week we had the installation performed by Sheldon the technician who took the time showing us how the system worked. He gave us friendly patient expert advice. Loaded the camera app on our phones, desktop computer and Fibe TV. Rhoan asked us to contact him if we had any questions. Incredible, highly recommendable. The crew was extremely knowledgeable, frendly and CLEAN! the installation was surprisingly quick, uneventful and no surprises. Sheldon is very resourceful with what he has to work with, infact he ran the wires through the attic when he original concept was to run the wires through the aluminum and vinyl fascias. The housecalls are made by apppintment and very casual and frienly; the insructions or how-to by Rhoan are done professionally yet friendly and casual. Highly recommendable, highly.Answer from pro:

Very patient. On time, professional Upgraded my out of date system. External cameras added. Was able to customize the cost effective solution which provided more freedom and independence. Added additional sensors to my internal home security and alarm.Answer from pro:

Rhoan was very responsive to my request, he was onsite within a few days to look at the job. He made recommendations for camera placement, that was exactly what I was looking for. The quote was reasonable to me and he answered any and all remaining questions. We set a time and date for the install, he and his staff were punctual and did a very neat and tidy job.
