We recently engaged Rhoan and his team to provide an integrated alarm and security camera system for our home. Our experience with Rhoan was exceptional. He attended at our home immediately and made himself available on a Sunday to accommodate our work schedule. He listened very carefully to our needs and concerns and addressed all of them with a comprehensive alarm and camera system. His depth of knowledge is evident and his attention to detail and customer care is unparalleled. Rhoan personally selected our equipment and he and Sheldon installed and adjusted all systems until everything was working perfectly. Sheldon was incredible at installing the equipment and remarkably patient as he ensured that our family all understood how to work with the systems. Rhoan was remarkably responsive to questions at all hours and came to our house on a number of occasions to install additional equipment that we decided upon. We are delighted with our new system and are so pleased to have met Rhoan and Sheldon who are the most wonderful people to work with . It has truly been one of the best customer service experience we have ever experienced. We actually found this Company and Rhoan on Homestars and engaged him because of the superb reviews. Having experienced the stellar service he provided to us , it is our pleasure to echo the reviews that brought us to him.

Rhoan and Sheldon are amazing. They installed perimeter motion cameras on our property. The system needed some adjustments after installation and each time they came back without issue. Trustworthy people for sure. Would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with Rhoan. He didnt try to up-sell me with monitoring or other gadgets. I had a home system that did not know the password for from previous owners. We installed and reconfigured what was needed, the service and communication was fantastic every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

My alarm was signaling open zones when none were open. I called the company and spoke to Ron, made appointment for next business day, super friendly and fair pricing. Tech guy came on time, also super friendly and respectful, fixed issue within 1 hour. I would highly recommend and will definitely go through them for future needs when I decide to add security cameras, or other items. Thank you again!

Rhoan and Sheldon were patient, thorough and capable. They worked together to place the security cameras correctly. We are very happy with the system and we appreciate that they were willing to spend the time necessary to help us understand how to use the system.

I Went through many other network support providers and was let down one after the other. They had know idea how my system worked. Ron was amazing, he really knows his product and resolved the problem quickly he goes beyond whats is required to ensure that the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied. Ron was amazing.
