    grateful

    I am grateful to the heating and plumbing company for detailed and free consultation according to the gas line. After the request, the certified specialists professionally install a gas line. Thanks to the company we can evaluate the benefits of having a gas supply in our home as soon as possible.

    Clogged pipe

    Unclogged a pipe at my house in no time. The service is performed on the same day of your call, that’s really cool since you hardly have to wait. Great thumbs up.

    Poor communication

    I booked a simple service request to swap out a shower mixing valve. I told them the scope of the job and how simple it was and to bring the parts to save on an extra service call. They didn't show up with one so they needed to make a second visit however, i was told that the service call fee would be credited against the job if i proceeded with the quote. After approving the quote there was a breakdown in communication and no shows for appointments. I also didn't get the service fee credited.

    Waste of money

    NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE First of all, these guys don't even have proper plumbers. They have hired bunch of goons who will come to your property and will take $100 from you because they will give you solution of replacing everything and then will never provide quote. If you call them then they will abuse and manager will never come on call. Never ever hire them or you will lose your money in return of no service. They make money not by plumbing job but by charging money for inspection because they will ask you to change everything and will provide so high price that you won't do it whereas other plumber will do same job in couple hundred bucks. SO, NEVER HIRE THESE PEOPLE I got the same work done in $350 which was quoted $1734 by these PEOPLE

    Plumbing service

    The technician arrived on time, was extremely courteous/personable, knowledgeable, and experienced. He assessed my plumbing situation and provided information regarding available options; performed the work in minimal time; and explained the new product features and operation.

    Completely unprofessional

    Had a technician over to fix the bathtub faucet in my guest bedroom's ensuite washroom. They were quite expensive but I was hoping that that would mean they would do things properly. Unfortunately, I had a relative stay over this weekend and when he stated using the shower, water started leaking from the ceiling of the room beneath. I called superior plumbing to report this issue and they have all but ignored my calls. This company is completely unprofessional. They just want your money and once they have it, they will act as if you never existed.

    expensive and took my rental water tank

    Had a water heater issue and quickly googled and found them top of the list - they were quick and solved the problem but were super expensive and they didn't realize that the water heater was actually rented. Which made something that was expensive even more expensive for me - although realize my fault, however, would have hoped that they as experts could have realized that the tank was rented and not removed.

    Everything was great

    Everything was great. Quickly discussed the details of the work with the operator of Superior Plumbing, agreed on a time. The service was provided on the same day. The plumber fixed the problem and gave recommendations about pool heater usage. I recommend

    Quickly with high quality

    The Team of Superior Plumbing was polite, neat. The technician, who came to fix the tankless water heater explained and told us everything , solved all this issues that arose in the process . The work was done quickly and with high quality. I definitely recomend this company.

    Boiler replacement

    My old boiler started acting up, They inspected the place and gave me a few options to choose from which was a nice touch. Installation was quick as said on their website. Will for sure cooperate with them again.
