    I’ve been a client to this company for several years now and just want to say that not once have they had any delays in their work. That’s amazing, I would recommend them to everyone

    professional work

    Very conscientious professional from Superior Plumbing, obviously loving his job! Performed a difficult task and gave valuable advice on the operation of the plumbing. I will be turning to Superior Plumbing in the future in case of plumbing problems.

    Great service

    All the positive feedback confirms the professionalism of Superior Plumbing & Heating. The plumber started working the same day as we met him at the site. And the next day he was finished. The work was performed exactly as required. I recommend others to contact Superior Plumbing & Heating.

    Wonderfull company

    A wonderful company! If you need professional work on heating and plumbing, then you go to Superior Plumbing & Heating. The plumber will do everything qualitatively, accurately, and conscientiously in a way you want.

    Plumbing service

    I had an emergency and the plumber came in no time to fix it. Big thanks to Mark for doing the work so quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumber.

    Tricked into buying a new water tank instead of a simple repair

    We called +1 (647) 372-2281 when our water heater stopped heating, and their technician tricked us into replacing our water heater; it turned out that the only thing that needed to be replaced was its thermostat. We were told by the t that the heater is beyond repair. Since we paid a deposit of $1200, they now want $550 as their restoking fee for a new unit (we cancelled the purchase right away so it has never crossed our threshold). They do not return our calls and so far I was unable to speak to their manager.

    Overcharges Unsuspecting People

    Sink fell and we called this company to install it back. First guy came and glued it back but then said there was a leak and proceeded to quote another $200 for replacement parts. For second visit (was a 2 part fix due to the wait for glue to harden), just so happened that due to timing issues a different guy came, and he simply checked and tightened the valve when removing the sink supporters, which solved the leak. First guy clearly tried to trick us. Not sure how widespread this practice is within the company but definitely think twice before trusting them

    Water softener

    Was looking for a company to install a water softener for my shower. Found these guys and, honestly, don’t regret ordering the service from them. They arrived in like a few hours after my request and installed the softener with no problems. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised.

    Ordered snaking from this company because of a clogging. Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with their work, though there were some misunderstandings. But the problem was resolved and that’s all that matters.

    Boiler replacement

    I wanted to replace my boiler with a new one and this company helped so much. Advised me on some models that’d fit and actually installed everything well. Special thanks to Mike, who did all the work.
