    Plumbing service

    Had a backup at night, didn’t really know what to do cause it was so late. Called these guys and they actually came sooner than I expected and fixed everything. Great call operators too, told me what to do while I was waiting for the plumber. Totally recommend.

    Water filter

    Got a new filter installed with this company. No complaints whatsoever. Everything was done quickly and without any problems. The plumber explained all the maintenance details in plain language. Great service for a great price.

    Long wait, no solution, and bill for a unnecessary quote

    Looks like another company out to RIP YOU for service NOT rendered but willing to charge you a quote. I fell for it, don't let them fool you too! Don't use Superior plumbing and heating don't be fooled by the positive reviews.

    Do not stand behind their work

    The plumber came to clear the main drain on June 24. Everything was good until 2 weeks later when the drain got plugged again. Obviously the plug was not removed and the job was not complete. They charged $1000 for the original job and asked for the same amount 2 weeks later. Talking to manager did not help as he refused to give his name, never mind to rectify the situation. These guys are not trustworthy so do urself a favour and stay away

You were advised that job was finished your drain was fully functional for sometime before new issues raised. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any draining issues that might happen after completion of the job as we cannot provide any warranty on the drain stoppage removal, as we cannot control what you throw into the drain. Any debris like paper towels or dirt can clog your drain easily. If you want us to give you a hand we can schedule a repeated unclogging service for reduced price and hopefully there will be a better control of what goes into your drain as any objects may form blockage.     Superior Plumbing is my assistant when I look for high-quality plumbing services. I relied on them twice last month and could not be happier with the results. The prices are pretty affordable!

    Drain cleaning

    I chose them for Drain cleaning twice per year. I had never had any issues with them or delays when I requested the same-day service.The service was very professional, with no problems at all

    Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system

    I installed with them a Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system. No complaints, no exorbitant prices but good results and courteous technicians. A huge thanks to Mark and the whole team of Superior Plumbing.
