Concerned with smell coming from sump pit. Spencer came out and checked everything over a reassured us everything was in very good working order. Smell was just normal mustiness that occurs with standing water.

I have a service call for a condo plumbing service call. The technician came and told me this was a calcium build up on the shower handle to make the shower difficult to turn. He said the whole valve need to be replaced because if he took the cartridge out, it will break the valve. I ask him whether it can be used some CLS to dissolve the calcium. He said no. The whole repair cost is $2000 plus tax. I stopped the work immediately. Seems to me he just want to grab more money to charge some work that is not necessary. When he left, he put the handle back and did not put it back properly and water started to leak. Wasted my $99 on site visit. Hired another plumber, clean the cartridge and calcium. The handle back on. No valve need to be changed or damaged. Will not use the company again.

When I requested the service call I was told they couldn't give me a price until onsite because they charge by the job not by the hour. I knew it was a minor job, a couple of years ago I replaced a different toilet's fill valve by myself. Unfortunately I couldn't get the locknut off this one so needed help. The onsite technician was told to charge me $350! I could have declined the repair but would have to pay $99 for the call then get another plumber. It took the technician less than an hour to install a $30 (retail) part. It was a huge mistake to use Superior, never again.

They arrived on time and did a g0od job replacing the hotwater tank . Did a good job cleaning up . The new tank developed a leak from the pressure release valve after a few weeks and it was replaced.

I called Superior Plumbing for help when my bathroom floor drain stopped working (I thought I was a clog, and their plumbers only proved my concerns). Their speed in responding was remarkable, and the technician pinpointed the blockage and cleared it up in no time. Thank you very much!

We needed well pump repair service but at fair cost due to budget constraints so after a few hours searching we found this company. The technician Dave promptly diagnosed and fixed a broken parts and gave me a bill upfront. Saved money, thanks Superior Plumbing!

We called Superior Plumbing, and they were able to get someone to come out right away to fix our leak. Daniel was our plumber, he was great! He came on time, was very professional, and knew exactly what was wrong and what needed to be done. He had the part and fixed it all in about 30 minutes, I will definitely be calling Superior Plumbing again for any plumbing needs, they were great!

I read that septic system installation is not an easy thing to do on your own so the first thing for me was to find REAL professionals! I found Superior Plumbing and Heating, called them and discussed the details. They arrived in 2 hours, made some measurements and the next week I got it installed. Cant be better!

Forget about your daily routine disruption with their outstanding, rapid plumbing repair! I had to get out of town when I discovered my leaky tap, but it wasnt a problem for Superior Plumbing & Heating. On-site, their plumber professionally examined the faucet, detected whats wrong with it, repaired the tap and tested it for being leak-free. Each stage was perfectly done and promptly, fantastic!
